ابسط الاشياء ماهي متوفره مثل السليبر والماء وطلبتهم جابوا علبة ماء وحده وقال الثانية والسليبر بكرا لانهم مو متوفرين.
ازعاج العمال بالسيب.
صوت المكيف مزعج.
التلفزون مشوش وقديم.
المكان يبي له تجديد .

First time in my life , I faced this problem and hassale . I woke up in morning and no water in bathroom

Some of the staff were helpful and pleasant. The room itself was quite large. The room service food was decent.
Some of the staff were incompetent. Furthermore the manner in which they addressed me after their reception made a mistake in my bill was just inappropriate.
Everything in the room, every amenity, is either cheap or broken in some way. From the AC to the shower to the bed to the Wi-Fi, nothing felt like quality. Even the basilar was rather weak.

Breakfast was very tasty and the stuff were mostly very helpful.
Noisy room, bathtub not very clean, noisy room due to proximity of the lift. During my stay they started ripping of the wallpaper on corridors to start maintenance I suppose. This shouldn`t be happening in the hotel that is not the cheapest one.
Not the most polite lady at the reception. Asking the customer `What do you want?` is not the best way to address a guest in a hotel.

Enjoyed the Ramadan Iftar, it was a reasonably priced good quality complete open buffet.
Not the first visit to this property, but I guess I wasn't lucky this time.
The room was not up to standard.
Shower head was broken got the water all over toilet floor.
Everything in the room was dated and in need of urgent upgrade.

it was not a pleasant stay at all. the bedsheets are worn out and the bath basin was broken and when I asked them to change the room they took a lot of time to do so. Then I had to complaint to the hotel manager to change the room for me because the front desk Egyptian guy wasn’t professional.

The hotel is very bad and very old, had to change rooms as the first one had its window blocked completely with a metal sheet and the AC wasn't working.
The second room smelled like pesticides, and it was raining, so a small part of the ceiling fell down on the ground and water was leaking the whole night.
Also, there are very few parking spots.
Don't be fooled with all these good reviews for this price. There are much better hotels.
