the massage was excellent.food was good. Think the venue could be so much better.Wandering what most people do after dinner?go to bed or to there room.Bar area not good enough.

I expected more of the place.its just a hotel with a large swimming pool and sauna and relaxing rooms. Got more exiting when it starting snowing.

This place is absolutely amazing. Placed close to Czech border in Šumava region, basically on the edge of the forest. Interior of the room, the service, the personnell, everything was amazing. Great variety of wellness and spa options. I also highly recommend to select an option with breakfast and dinner, because their chefs really know how to cook!

Excellent food, very comfortable rooms with a lot of space for all things you have and comfy beds, somebody could say they are too soft, but for me it was nice. Very good clean service. Very pleasant, helpful and serviceable (Slovak) waiter in the restaurant.

Hotel restaurant stuff could be more open-minded, they work very well but especially women seem to be reserved, ingrown. Trunks of birch tree in the room are weird. Too much water on the floor in the wellness shower area. No cooling pool in the sauna area. It would be perfect to change cold/freezing pool instead of hot whirlpool outside the sauna area.

Chalet next to the lake was amazing, forrest all around We like Eco focus of the hotel

As we both have allergies, our only chance to eat was using our kitchen in chalet, almost every meal in the resturant has a lot of allergens

Great location, autentic countryside all around. Breakfest service on the high level, also wellness area is very nice.
