lovely quiet surroundings. Big spacious room, comfy bed and very friendly staff, they even let us check in early with no extra charge!

you need to walk 15-20min to the city centre, it’s not too long but there is a lot of traffic over the bridge so the fumes are strong

The central location was very nice.

- we felt not safe when showering due to all the electricity cables in the shower area. this was not safe! - no outside window in the room - construction works were busy just right next to our room

We had a nice room with a good shower with hot water. Portable heaters are available, but you may have to ask because they are not present in every room. There is a rooftop terrace were you can eat your breakfast or you can eat it downstairs. Breakfast is a buffet so there is plenty and it is good. It is a quiet neighbourhood and a 10 minute walk to the center of Arrequipa.

There is no laundry service while it is stated in the facilities that there is. They did redirect us to a laundry nearby.

They have a good location

We arranged a mountain view room, the window was small, with partial view of a part of the mountain. It´s ridiculous to charge extra for something like that.

the feel that you’re in the middle of nature. the trees, canopy trees of flowers. that you advocate for preserving the tradition of traditional tres puntas arequipeño bread. walking distance to many places of interest.

keep advocating eco practices. for instance, avoid the mini shampoo/ conditioner in plastic and rather install a container and simply refill. we’ll continue supporting eco friendly stays.

Location was good, also the room is comfy and big.

Staff member who brought us room service was not wearing a mask.

There was a construction site on the side that was a bit noisy. I was expecting a bit more green areas and facilities like the bar being bigger.
