Hotter shower

Location is perfect in town, if you go out the rear there is a great bakery for breakfast.

Pool is a bit dated and missing a lot of tiles. No hot water in the shower.

It was disaster for the money. Room smells badly, there was only 4 el. sockets in whole room (with 4 beds), 1 is for minibar, 2nd for hotel phone and 3rd for the hair dryer. So you have literraly 1 socket in the bathroom to charge phones for 4 persons. Also the room was in really bad shape, mattresses are old and squeaky. Worst part is that the rooms in building B have one window to the hall, so you cant have any fresh air, there is no privacy and we had our rooms just next to the laundry, which is quite noisy. They made photo presentation of rooms really clever so you dont see all above. The windows are pictured covered with curtains so you dont see that there is no window to outside. And the best part is that managment refused to cancel our reservation via Booking so we cant get refund and pick another hotel and they claim that we recieved rooms as described on the Booking (there was no mention about no windows outside). Feels like inmate cell but not a hotel for 166 USD per night (and we have been told that normaly they sell the room for $320 so we should be glad about our deal)! I might accept room like this for 50 USD per night maximum. But you dont want to spend 3 nights in this conditions like us…. The breakfast was also as cheap as possible tasteless ***t. Worst hotel in our 1month Panama trip. So congrats to managment of hotel, you didnt loose money for booking fees, but you recieved 4 bad reviews from us instead. Edit: we found 2 more sockets hidden on the wall behind the pillows, soo good luck with charging & sleeping. And ofcourse there is one switch of superbright light next to the door, no small reading lights. Nothing.

the frigider was not working and it was an very old machine; the shower doesn’t work, we didn’t have warm water and we couldn’t close it

great location, big pool, we liked the room, it was clean and the wifi worked good the room also had a fridge and was soundproof

The location is perfect, the bed was comfortable, hot water, air conditioning worked perfectly. Staff is extremely nice and helpful

I liked everything but for the picky, there are parts of the hotel that might be missing some maintenance but to me it didn’t matter

Lack of security in second building. No elevator in 2nd building and its far away from pool and dinning room. Lobby assistance and atendance not in a good manner. They did not attend our request for not cleanning service.

Good location

Very unfriendly staff and cleaning non existent. We had a small stain from a drop of sauce and asked for sheets etc to be changed and was told they would charge us. In the end they gave us clean sheets to change ourselves. the shower was just full of sand and hair so was obviously never cleaned. Rooms tiny but have all facilities. For these standards we could have stayed in a hostel and paid less

Good location, the only thing I liked actually.

The room is in an anex out of the main hotel building, but no one told me that before, to get to the pool I would have to cross a street. The room says it has a hair dryer and an iron but you should get out of the room, cross the street to the lobby and request it. The room is really small, it's in the same building that the laundry, the window is directly to the hall and the only window to the street is in the bathroom. Overall it's pricey comparing to what it offers as an experience.

shower in our room needed an overhaul and wasn’t very powerful walls are paper thin. if your room is next to the pool you’ll hear everyone out there until late. suggest you ask for a room inside the main building if you want to sleep!
