Fab location and parking space was available. The place could do with a bit of a facelift.

The heaters in the back bedroom and front bathroom had scorch marks and a burning smell when turned on.

Good location near to all amenities. Parking easy to access.

Reception welcome was perfunctory, rather than warm. No lake view, as stated in the booking. Obvious wear and tear in the rooms eg bathroom doors have been patched where damage has occurred. Under the beds has not been cleaned for a while. Dust on top of alot of sockets. Furnishings very outdated and worn. Kitchen had no dishwasher. Shower door in danger of falling off.

Basic maintenance needs to be addressed. eg: broken blinds, walls spot cleaned etc. needs a heavier blanket on the beds. Thin polar fleece not warm or weighty enough.

nice and clean house , house mountain and lake view and walking distance to town centre. Highly recommended.

Nice comfy room

Parking was bad, Didn't have parking first night i was staying there. Next time i know to pre book parking, but also very tight squeeze for parking aswell.

The staff was extremely lovely, the lady in the front desk was so happy and nice I wish remember her name hehe, the facilites has a spa pool and a sauna! the location its perfect right beside the beach, was such an amazing stay. the room was massive and the bed super comfy with nice sheets, I had a private bathroom which was super clean and the kitchen was full equiped. Definitely Im coming back again.

Great location

Gas heater wasn’t working, we had to use electric heaters which were slow to heat the property on a very cold night. The toilet seat was broken when we arrived, though it was fixed it was the wrong shape for the toilet and we ran out of hot water after 4 short showers. The property wasn’t very clean, there was rubbish still in the kitchen bin, bathroom floors and skirting boards were filthy, parts of the lounge hadn’t been vacuumed.

The property was in the best position, it was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful

The only issue, was the TV reception kept dropping in and out!

The location was perfect. I was expecting we get 2 bedrooms as on Booking.com, it said 2 bedroom apartment and for the price of $500 per night, that would have been acceptable. But, disappointed as what we got was just a one bedroom apartment with a loft/attic ( ideally for kids ). The 2 adults on the loft were hitting the ceiling everytime they moved. The room would have been OK for family of 2 adults and 2 children. But in our case, I booked for 4 adults and confirmation said 2 bedroom apartments. The property and Booking.com should review your room descriptions.

If I was given confirmation for 2 bedroom apartment, I should have gotten 2 units/bedrooms. Also had to pay additional for parking $15 per day at the public parking behind the property, when booking.com says there is parking, no mention of extra charge. Then, the other guests were offered free parking right in front of our room.

We booked a studio apartment which was on the ground floor. Our main focus in Queenstown was mountain biking and The Lofts was a superb place to center our trip. We could ride our bikes up directly to our room and had a generous patio area to chill outside. A washer and dryer in the room was also beneficial. The location is amazing- super close to skyline and literally a few hundred meters from Fergburger and the waterfront/ bar area.

If you are a super picky traveler, the mold on the bathroom roof may be off putting, but overall the room was clean.

It is located downtown CBD of Queenstown and is literally walking distance to everything we needed.

Soooo much space! Very central to town with a lovely view of the mountains. We will definitely be staying here again.

There was alot of dust on furniture.
