location is fantastic

no window in the room and weren’t aware at booking we were offered another room with a window ( additional 10 euro) that rooms air conditioning was not working and despite alerting the staff member we were told it would get checked the next morning. it was a very hot night and opening window was not an option as it was SO NOISY outside but we had to eventually, resulting in zero sleep. worse night I have ever had in a hotel. Next day we were moved into a better room. Asked for a significant reduction. Staff said they would approach manager and on check out stated that manager had refused and finally agreed to reimbursing us the 10 euro. Rooms are tiny but for the money was manageable. with a child this would have been a problem

Clean, comfortable and excellent location close to the surf, old town and great restaurants/shops in Gros. Eshtakun at reception was extremely accommodating which helped to make our trip to wonderful San Sebastian even better.

No breakfast options due to Covid restrictions but there are so many fantastic places to eat as you step out the door this was not an issue.

The bed has little insects and we were beaten by bed bugs.

Perfect location to explore San Sebastian. Excellent restaurants on the street.
