there was air-conditioner in the room

bed side lights did not work, toilet pipe dripped & bathroom walls & taps were dirty. i booked a hamman and 1 hour massage. very unprofessional. woman looking after me for the hamman spent more time outside the door talking on her mobile. then i received a 30 minute massage instead of 1 hour and she tried to charge me for full hour.

Early brakfast, great location from train station.

The location. Have everything around, and very easy to take a taxi to go everywhere from there. I go walking to the medina from there and it’s a nice way. The staff was also very nice.

The pillows are really tough. And the bathrooms need some renovation

Since I arrived I had a bad experience. While waiting for my room, I saw from the balcony of the bar that the swimming pool is under construction, which was not written on booking that will take place, and also the receptionist didn't mentioned anything, until I spoke with the majordom and he showed me a sign on the wall written in french, not even in a 2nd language. When I received the room, the room was not at all as the one I booked, the air conditioning not functional. One day I asked the receptionist to order me a taxi as I wanted to go in the town for lunch, and he send me on the street, on the right hand side where I can stop one, and cannot explain how bad the experience was, and luckily a man that was selling cigarettes on the street helped me to get a taxi. Nobody showed me around the hotel, I had to figure it out where the breakfast will take place, and the breakfast is not what is written on the site that they will offer. As I am travelling alone the most of the time, at this hotel is the very first time when I feel mistreated, and I understand that is a different culture, but the differences in a touristic resort shouldn't exist.At the end when I did the check out , the same receptionist don't even said something, to ask if I am happy with my stay, or to say a good bye, like usually happens everywhere. The night bodyguard of the hotel when I returned in the morning from the town, I thought he was just polite when he tried to assist me till my room, but having another intentions actually, and I was shocked. The hotel is beautiful in style, but everything else, not worthy the stay at, is gonna ruin your vacation.
