Close to the center which is quite important because transport for 5 people is not easy in Tunis. Great swimming pool with amazing views - very good to relax at the end of the day. Good breakfast.

Restaurant staff weren't very nice. Everything seemed annoying for them

Customer service was good & the room was comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast as lots of variety.

Only one suggestion would be to have a sink in the toilet as after going to the toilet we had to come out & go into the shower room to wash our hands. This wouldn't be accessible if someone was already using the shower room & germs spread by not washing our hands before leaving the toilet.

The hotel was very clean, very impressed with that.

Yes the bath room was very clean but the shower was a pain, the fitting are loose to the wall and the shower head position could not be changed, the Lavazza coffee machine at breakfast was a little pain as it would keep stop working or run out of milk.

The location is terrible,rooms are barely Novotel Standards. The lady on reception didn't bother to greet or cared about even making an eye contact. The spa was closed even though everywhere else in Tunis it was open. They don't bother to answer your questions. For the price I paid to stay here,i think this has been my worst stay

staff is exceptionally nice helpful and friendly, from reception to managing director (I discussed with him without knowing first it was him). Very nice little swimming pool / bar / gym at top 8th floor that makes you relax after a day work I really appreciated that they take the Covid rules seriously

The staff was very nice specially Mr. Omar the receptionist, the staff and food of the breakfast was great. Generally Novotel is one of the best hotels in Tunis city.

I was charged twice, I hope I will get money back

The food was excellent! And the staff was very attentive. The next time I am in Tunis, I will stay at Novotel. Thank you.
