It was spacious and in the city center. There's a lot of shops and activity going on around the hotel. They offered free waters :)

The gym was very dark; needs more sunlight.

I was given a room that did not comply with what I have seen on the pictures, and that the receptionist had to go and check that the room had all electrical items working

some of the wall outlets did not work. plus the card reader for door 126 would not read card most of the time. very frustrating

The location is on Avenida Colon near the Central Bus Station and just a 5 minute walk from the Central Metro Station and a large supermarket. It is not a location for walking around to sightsee, but the sidewalks are wide and did not feel unsafe. Not many restaurants in the immediate area, but the hotel has a good restaurant. There is a decent complimentary breakfast in the morning till 10:00.

No reading lights in the room, or the ones they had didn't work.

I love the space, it spacious and clean. It overall a great hotel. And I would recommend it to anyone for sure.

The person at the front desk had a very bad customer service. She didn´t want to provide her name . She was unpolite, rude and not helpful. She was not wearing a mask and was in her cell phone instead of welcoming guests . I had to ask her to call the manager to let him know the way she treated me when she checked me in. The manager Alan was really nice and he helped me and gave me the room very quickly . And I´m very gratefull that he could gave me early check in and we didn´t need to wait until 2 o 3pm to have the room . Actually I requested as a special request and before I arrived to he property I ´´ve got the confirmation by email that the early check in has been approved by the property. Allan has and outstanding customer service but I think it wouldn´t be necessary to boder him if the agent at the front desk could have solved the issue but definetely she was not showing interest . The bad experience isn´t that the room was not ready , the bad experience is the way she handle it . I asked her if in the meantime we can have coffee in the breakfast area while they finish cleaning the room and her first answer was NO that is not possible. I insisted and asked to switch the included breakfast for that day instead of the next day because we were checking out very early in the morning . She agreed and we went ahead to have breakfast but didn´t like it breakfast area was dirty,the trash can was full and visible to guests And the tables were not clean . The next day before we leave the hotel while we were waiting for the uber I approach the breakfast area and pick up orange juice for me and my daughter and she asked me to pay full breakfast which I had to pay because I was not interesting in discussing again with her but I think its not fair and I think I am entitled to get a refund.

The location was good for the activities I had during the stay.

The hotel is a little old and the beds are not very comfortable. The towels provided where old, with stains and in bad condition. We had an issue with the payment. The hotel “reserved” an amount and then released it. According to the bank, they charged it and then gave it back. Since it was charged in pesos, the currency changed and they gave me back less than they charged. In this case they charged me $10 and it was supposed to be only reservation and no charge. I’ve been in contact with them but still have no solution, which means I’m probably not getting my money back.
