اعجبني وجود الفندق في حديقة جميلة بها أماكن للجلوس وبها مطاعم تلبي الاحتياج مع ان سعرها غالي عن باقي المطاعم التي بخارج المنتزه

الغرف صغيرة جداً أيضا البلكونه صغيرة الموكيت بالغرفة متسخ سكنت بغرفة 213 الدش بالحمام كان يعبي الأرضية بالماء بعد الاستحمام لأن وضع الساتر الزجاجي معكوس. كان حجزنا 4 غرف وقد طلبت ان تكون الغرف مجاوره لبعضها بباب متصل ولكن للأسف لم يحصل ذلك بحجة عدم التوافر وتم توزيع الغرف بأجنحة مختلفة عندما دخلنا في اليوم الأول كانت هناك رائحة المجاري في الممر والغرفة التي اسكن بها وطلبت تغيير الغرفة وتم تغييرها المطعم تناولنا به الإفطار لمدة يومين كان جيد جدا السينما مقاعدها مستهلكة وتصدر صوت والموكيت بين المقاعد متسخ وكذلك وجود بقايا الأطعمة بين الكراسي. المسجد/ قسم النساء جيد المسبح لم يتم استخدامه.

I like the size for the royal suite it was very good

I stayed there for 3 weeks one of them at almasa 2 for one week but I didn't like the people who is working there they are very rude

اسواء فندق واسواء استقبال يحسسونك انك بتسكن ببلاش - وعند الخروج استغرقنا 30 دقيقه عشان يتاكدون من المني بار هل اخذت منه او لا ! اخذت سويت 1005 واسواء سويت .. الارضيه متهالكه تمشي تطلع انواع الاصوات تحسها بتنكسر .. وموجود عفن اسود في زوايا الباركيه

it was Exceptional Experience, i had a medical condition late night, with poor reaction from reception & they unable to provide any help until Mr Mohamed Hasan appears he was extremely helpful & insisting to acompany us untill the issue solved. really sometime one act change your entier experience from negative to positive. Almasa will be my first option in cairo next time. housekeeping were amazing team room service was superb

The hotel was very nice and the reception and the staff were very nice.

The room needs to have more care as there were certain cosmetic things that need to be taken care of

Very far from the city

Very luxurious and beautiful interiors and exteriors. Pool was great, towels given whenever you need. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very friendly and professional. Very beautiful gardens, convenient balcony where you can smoke. Amazing security as well. You can walk freely on the grounds at night.

Location is not the closest to the center, but Uber is cheap so that didn't matter too much. Also, the Hotel is bit like a maze, but you get used to it fast. Adult pool might be a bit too deep for shorter adults (I personally didn't have an issue)

I really admire the landscaping and maintenance of the plants and your environment is amazing and the building structure looks great with the state of art furnitures! the property is very beautiful.

The only problem I noticed is the cleanest, the maintenance is not too good to be honest. You need to put more effort on cleaning up the floor and rooms

The hotel is very nice and full of cafes and manicured lawns to enjoy. The staff are friendly, the food was good, and all in all, we were happy throughout our stay.

The bathroom in the suite had a tap problem which to be fair, I didnt contact the reception about. And there was only 1 bin in our suite (the suite is very big and could benefit of more bins)

Premises are wonderful and very nice. Very clean and great room, was upgraded to suit as they had not received or had overseen my booking via booking.com Lebanese Restaurant was excellent

Front desk took a bit of time to finalize my check in.

Facilities and staff are very good. Food in Moregana restaurant were the best. Also, food ordered to the room was very good. Staff in the Hotel are friendly. I am completely satisfied with my stay. Rooms in Al Masa is better than Al Masa 1.
