Close to seaside, next to bus stop, close to airport- that’s why we choose it for last night on Malta.

I spend there only few hours and all was ok. Maybe small problem with transport to the airport- but they solved it so quick.

The very large veranda and views of the harbour, continental breakfasts were fine very good shower although very snug bathroom. Staff were very helpful and all public areas in the guest house were very clean. We really enjoyed our stay at harbour Lodge but have a few issues in what they called the junior suite.

We stayed in their junior suite which definitely is not a suite as we know it. Total lack of drawer space for clothing only had 2 drawers in the room and these were one each in the small bedside cabinets. One wardrobe to hang clothes with one shelf which was fine but that's it for clothes storage in the room. Double size bed which was new but had a king size mattress so if you rolled too near the edge you felt like you were going to fall out of bed. Futon type bed/sofa in the room with broken base slats which you couldn't extend into a bed if you wanted to use it as there isn't enough room in the room. Small fridge/cooler in the room works but not too nice inside. WiFi is virtually non existent in the room, my android phone could never link up to it and my wife's apple phone connected very rarely. Tv has only Maltese channels and there is a multimedia unit connected to the TV but to use this you need a WiFi signal to connect to it. The pillows on the bed I would not let our dogs sleep on them, every pillow had saliva stains dried into them, bedding was always clean but it looks like they always forget to launder the pillows. The room although it's small could be so much better by throwing out the useless futon bed and putting a chest of drawers in its place and also a couple of sunloungers on the veranda would be excellent.

Nice small hotel in a very good location, bus stop,good restaurants, seaside nearby. The owners, Patrick and Mario are excellent at hospitality both at the hotel and their restaurant- Pesces. The reception lady and man were very kind and helpful :) as well as Roderick in the restaurant :) We highly recommend this small hotel and Pesces restaurant!!!

Very close to Marsaxlokk harbour and its restaurants, bars…

The room was dirty (plenty of hairs on the floor, bathroom and beds, dust…) at the arrival. We had to tell the owner about that, then cleanliness was okay. Noisy room (people downstairs, street, pipes…). Gross breakfast.

The airport transfer was fine, the staff is helpfuL.

Harbour Lodge is more like a cheaper apartment than a 3-4 star hotel. The rooms are very soundproof. We got a room on the lowest level, which is a few meters from the staff department, where breakfast is prepared, every morning around 06:00 we woke up to a lot of noise, the breakfast staff has no regard for the resting guests. The walls are dirty and wet, the bathroom is neglected. The reading light above one of the beds is missing. The breakfast is very poor, and even from the small selection we encountered smelly boiled eggs and sour milk. On the last day of cleaning, we didn't get new toilet paper, I don't even understand if it was due to carelessness or there was no toilet paper on the last day.

Poor arrangement of room. Difficult to see TV as in narrow corridor facing patio doors. Stone floor tiles. Average breakfast.
