The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, modern and clean. Nice pool and just a short stroll to the botanical gardens and botanical hotel which are great for families.

The room was so beautifully clean and comfortable, it was well set out and well equipped. The Allara Lodge staff were really friendly and informative.

Sit up in bed to watch TV and the bed moves. Needed to put a wind heater under each bed castor to stop it moving. Castors with a lock would be good

The welcome and assistance whilst there was excellent and could not have asked for better service. apart from the bed rolling around (first world Problem) I have not one issue , HIGHLY RECOMENDED

The powerpoints weren’t working or maybe it was the electric kettle that was @ fault coz it couldnt boil. My laptop couldn’t charge after sometime.... Other then that everything were perfect...

Super friendly and helpful hosts. Large rooms with wonderful kitchen space and full sized fridge. Plenty of room making it perfect for a 2 or more night stay. Being just out of the town centre also made it a very quiet location.

The room was okay, it provided what we needed.
The room we had booked in first was okay for privacy but lacked access to Wi-Fi. We were provided with another room at a less cost and was great for Wi-Fi. The manager did here very best in looking after my wife and I.

Was there for one night definatly staying longer next time . Blockout in room was amazing pitch black in the morning so was able to sleep in. Room was immaculate. Loved the BBQ area outside. Very friendly staff at desk. Great room if going with another couple as have separate rooms with two large queen beds.Highly would recommend. Love to go in the warmer weather to go into there beautiful pool.
In my room I think the only thing it needs is a couple of pictures on the wall in living area and rooms just to make it a little homely
