Location, style of the hotel. The meal at the restaurant. The breakfast.

A little bigger double bed would be nice. The room smelled a bit smoky when we arrived. The coffee at the breakfast could be a bit better.

I liked the charming balcony and the view from the room

I was surprised by the lack of light in the sauna, and the temperature was too low for my liking.

Very friendly staff. Location close to the slopes. That there is a small spa and a warm pool! That there is such a place in that region. Size of room. View of the balcony. Parking places Breakfast

Bathrooms REALLY need renovation. One could easily hear noise from other rooms. The restaurant was far too expensive, although good, prices are Zurich level. Crazy The Spa is rather limited.

Very good staff and facilities

It’s age and history, swimming pool and copious breakfast in a grand dining room.

The view from the Terrace was great and the terrace itself looked relatively new along with the indoor swimming pool.

The room, whilst comfortable and warm was looking a bit tired and in need of redecorating.

Beautiful rustic hotel with charm and beautiful breakfast. The spa and pool was a nice treat from the snow. Room is a little outdated but very clean.
