Breakfast was ok

Very dirty, smell in room was horrific , pictures on Booking show beach at the same level of the pool but it is not real, you can not swim in that ocean, black flag all the time! Air con remote not working, we asked to change room but we had to pay 600 pesos to move to another room. We paid for two nights but we left the hotel after one night because of the dirtiness . We would like to have a reimbursement for the second night , if possible .

Meals were good and service was fine.

Please check the room, has little ants. But un general was great, I like they service and hospitality. I Will return to this hotel on future.

The only thing I liked and enjoyed about my stay was the view out to the ocean that I had from the balcony of my room.

I did not like the cleanliness of the hotel. the walls in my room were dirty and very thin you could hear everything. The room had an air conditioning unit but it was very weak, it honestly was so hot in our room which made our stay even more unpleasant. Also, the family-like atmosphere was not our vibe and we will make sure that we stay somewhere quieter, more private and cleaner on our next trip to Ixtapa.

Staff were friendly and the location was great well recommended.

The AC wasn’t working, the phone wasn’t working, the sheets were dirty. They replaced the sheets and those were dirty also. We asked for extra pillows and those were dirty too.

Not very clean

The breakfast was good, the omelette was good and coffee. The mini games, table tenis and the big pool.

The room was small , the bad attenrion from the waiters, the lunch and dinner was to bad and restaurant needs more cleaning.
