Room floors weren’t very clean

The spa was great, the room service was great, we enjoyed a swim in the pool, went for a walk around Toowoomba

The bed was a little hard for me, but nothing really

The apartment was roomy and well suited to two couples.

No airconditioning in our bedroom. It had a fan but on 'low', it was too powerful. Used towels were left hanging behind the door in our room. There was no milk to have a cup of tea when we got home in the evening.

Excellent location, beautiful rooms and excellent pricing what made it exceptional though was the friendly and helpful staff in the office, the resturant and the housekeeping crew. Excellent service all round.

Love the spa but it is starting to feel a little dated and worn in all aspects of the room.

if the neighbours went in or out it sounded like they were coming in to your room. maybe a heavier door 🤷🏻‍♂️

Room was cozy and suited my daughter and I perfectly. Was nice and quiet as well.

The double bed was very hard. The airflow in room was not comfortable. The air conditioning unit was in control rent and did not work well. Maybe a fan is also needed. Very stuffy.

The two bed apartment had lots of space and very comfy beds! Breakfast was amazing!
