Having facilities in bottom laundry, for the beach. The heaters were very efficient. (Airconditioning) The new bathrooms were nicely done.

The venetian blinds were broken in terms of opening and closing them in the bedrooms. There were no blinds on the bathroom window in ensuite, and while no one could see in, it meant when the sun came up, so did sll the light in the bedroom. The couch in unit 23, while it looked nice was terrible for comfort and the cushions did not stay in place. The heating was excellent, particularly as it was 12 degree at night. Having beach chairs in store was helpful. A bit of a sewerage smell with top toilet.

The location was perfect - in the middle of Hastings Street 🙌

Asked for an earlier check-in and ended up not being able to be in the property until after 2pm which was annoying considering we only had one night there. Also the noise from the car park next door at 5am in the morning when the garbage trucks are emptying the bins isn’t great! 😴😝

It was behind Hastings Street and close to the beach.

WE loved the sunsets on the beach.

The location, the spaciousness of the rooms and that you would live full self containted!!

Clean, with must things we needed. So close to everything we needed… shops, beach, restaurants etc. Parking included. Good value

A little tiny soap for each bathroom. Why not have the shampoo, conditioner and soap attached in the big bottles that are everywhere in the shower? There was confusion with my booking as it was a confusing time with my Dad’s wake….and we were moved from the larger apartment I thought we’d been moved to, back to the smaller one….a bit more grace would have been appreciated.

Location is amazing especially given it wasn't costly to stay there. Place was comfortable and clean. It's not luxurious, but it has everything that you need.

Gardens around the place could have been a little nicer to give it a warmer feel. Minor details though. At the end of the day, for the cost and location, it's perfect!

Bungalow was in a seriously noisy spot so we were hugely disturbed by middle of the night street noise and drunken fighting. Both nights.
