Bedroom nicely refurbished. Shower was excellent

The back entrance detracted - full rubbish bins and rat trap visible.

All was adequate to our needs.

The bed, bathroom and tea facilities were all very clean. The room and adjoining carvery required a good clean to remove the build up of cobwebs in corners. It's clean, beds comfy staff lovely. Just needs a bit of spit & polish.

The Carvery was MANIC at 6.30. 3 staff, busy as **** and no time to keep making, swapping and plating.

the room was cold on arrival as heating was off. light not working in the bathroom. room just needed an update. bed not comfortable so both nights I didn’t sleep well. on Saturday night between 0100 and 0230 loud noise from other rooms, banging and shouting. breakfast was of a poor standard for the money. black pudding put out and not even cooked.

Staff went out of their way for us.

The choice of food at breakfast. Carvery was left open and not covered while no one was wanting meals, leaving it open to germs etc. The carvery we use near home, cover everything,

Cold shower room with electric hanging out of wall .lack of basic drinks and attitude of staff

The hotel was good value and a good location for Windsor Great Park. Free parking in a spacious car park, clean room and all necessary amenities available in the room. A midday checkout was a really welcome bonus.

Breakfast did not have much choice beyond a fry up and I felt was overpriced for the 2 pieces of toast I had! A little disappointed that the restaurant menu was not available on arrival and the only choice was the carvery- no lighter options available.

The food in the carvery was really good. The staff on shift worked hard and did their best as there was only 2 of them

Check in was slow due to lack of staff. 3 of us in the room had 2 sets of towels one of which was dirty. Asked for more but didn't get any

We enjoyed the in-house entertainment, when Chef and the team were singing karaoke in the kitchen! Lol 😆

Good location, decent breakfast and they did squeeze us in for an evening meal even though they were fully booked and were turning other people off the street away.

Blocked bathroom sink which was not sorted during the stay. We were promised that someone would come and look at it but they didn’t. Batteries in TV remote were dead, no one to report this to either as the hotel does not have a proper reception just the pub staff. Smelly bathroom, no lid on toilet seat and less than one roll of toilet paper was provided and only 2 towels for 3 guests.

Location to Windsor, plenty of parking, room facilities, breakfast quality and price, bathroom quality and cleanliness.

Seemed to be lack of staff as bar not manned most of evening. Also bar closed before 10.30 even for residents.
