Nothing at all
Everything. Initially they messed up and wanted to charge us for the spa when we paid extra for a spa room. This was resolved. The rooms smell musty. The person in charge made up excuses for it and then did admit it did have a smell. We never used the spa as it was dirty and bugs in the jets. The heater was sooo loud it shook the room and the room was freezing. The light pollution was just as bad. Didn’t sleep at all. Promised a room with a balcony and garden view. Didn’t get that. They have falsely advertised their hotel. Called booking.com to resolve and the owners lied that they had offered us compensation when nothing was resolved. We are still waiting for compensation

Excellent location close to beautiful Somers
beach, restaurants and Cerberus.
Old decor but very clean really enjoyed our stay
central to everything and can walk to pub and lovely restaurants.

We were in the family room, which was very spacious and comfortable.
Price is pretty high for a motel room, but it is typical for the mornington area. It would also have been nice to have a pot in the kitchenette to boil water for the baby's bottle.

Location suited us - we were dining at Le Bouchon across the road so we didn’t need to drive. We live a distance away.
There were some maintenance issues. Air con/heater didn’t work and there was no one in attendance on site to get an alternative room.

Comfy and clean. It was in a great location close to shops, cafes etc.

Staff were friendly and room was clean when arrived. Spa bath was relaxing.
Outdated rooms, uncomfortable beds and pillows. The TV digital channels did not work all night. Feel like the price of stay does not match correctly. As I have had better experiences the same price or lower.

The motel is a bit dated and it felt that we paid a bit much for the standard of the accommodation. Having said that we'd definitely stay here again!
Some of the fittings were a bit old an tatty, e.g. some of the pictures.

The location was handy and staff were helpful.
I requested a quiet room but was allocated a room directly underneath a palm tree that dropped seeds on the roof throughout the night; this made a loud noise like and kept me awake ALL night. This in addition to the uneven and uncomfortable mattress meant I got no sleep and lost valuable work time the next day as a result. Would be interested in pursuing some kind of compensation accordingly.

There wsa no breakfast
Air conditioner was old and dusty. Windows were rotted and did not close, constant cold air stream from them.
