Close to square, food etc

Parking 3 blocks. With covid things still buttoned up

location is perfect, close to everything but on a side street

the plastic covers on the pillows and plastic sheets. i woke up in a sweat several times. i removed them the second night and slept much better.

The place had cockroaches that would come out at night mainly in the bathroom. It was very disgusting. I had to wash all of my make up and throw away some items I had in the bathroom.

Parking a bit of a walk from hotel.

Great location just 2 min walk to the main plaza and cathedral. The owner is very helpfully and friend. Quick reply (through booking’s message system) to all my questions regarding tours and transportation before arrival.

We booked 2 rooms for a group of 3 but weren’t told one room (same description on Booking)is much larger than the other. So 2 people ended up staying in the smaller room. As the larger room wasn’t ready when we checked in, it’s too late to swap room when we found out about the size.

Great location and really good option if you’re traveling with your pet!

I’d change the brand of shampoo and soap.

The location is excellent. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

There was no toilet paper when we first entered the room. The bath towels were old and worn, but they were clean.

I liked the location, they were very pet friendly. The bed was comfy and the room was large.

I got charged an extra $100 MXN for having two pups with me (not mentioned when I made the reservation). I was also charged $50 to park my own car in a parking lot that was 4/5 blocks away from the hotel. They literally gave me a key and I had to open the lot, park the car, lock up and walk back to the hotel all around 9 pm. I had to do the same thing the day I left but luckily it was day time so not so scary.
