Nice tidy rooms beds comfortable

We were met by the lovely, helpful, bubbly Michelle. The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. We felt safe leaving our car in the motel car park. Easy run into the ferry terminal or town from this motel, and lovely views back towards the city. Plenty of places to choose from for eating, within an easy car ride or walk should you wish.

Unfortunately the property did have a lot of road noise (we thought it would drop off late evening, but it continued all night). Weirdly, the body wash bottle had been used but not replaced, I say weird because the other bathroom accessories all were fine, but that I’ve was partly used. Also when we arrived in the evening, it was wet and a southerly was blowing, but the room had the windows open. So nicely aired, but freezing cold, probably hard to get a balance right with this, if not the staff available to whip round and shut them.
