Högt pris på rum (vandrarhemsstandard). Överpris i restaurangen.

Mysigt och flexibelt med frukost i en picknick-korg. Charmigt boende med familjär känsla. Lugnt område med närhet till mysigt kafé. Välstädat och sköna sängar.
Restaurangen kunde haft lite fler valmöjligheter. Lite exklusivt för barnfamiljer.

The breakfast was " top of the pop". Everything is done by love -not just food what is local, but everything- house, rooms, surrounding, people. Nothing from "factory hotels". We felt like in fairy tail. Like grandmothers house were you are always expected. And dogs are expected. And Eksgarden bicycles can bring you for early morning swimming in Baltic see. There are no coincidences. Dinner- we never ever had such beautiful dinner. Absolute service and love without any play.

Breakfasts were amazing, nice location in the middle of Öland close to bigger towns but very calm area at the same time. The place itself is really nice with chairs and tables in the garden, hotel is surrounded by the field that gives really nice sense of calmness, but one doesn’t feel isolated at the same time

Very nice cottage, nicely equipped. Breakfast-picnic-basket was delicious.
Good location for exploring the impressive surrounding area of Öland.
Price/performance ratio was not convincing compared to other houses in Sweden. The cottage is located next to the restaurant and the street.

We loved the surroundings and the room was very nice. Friendly staff and excellent food helped the score of this place a lot. Also loved their breakfast :)
There was a bit of confusion when we arrived and had to pay with swish but they didn’t register that before checkout, but otherwise nothing to complain about.

Great food and lovely breakfast concept with a picnic bag, easy to bring the food and enjoy your breakfast by the water.
Down side was our room was really small, had bad ventilation so it smelled damns and needed a refreshment renovation in the bathroom.

A very well maintained collection of houses with several rooms in them gave the place a great cosy, rural feeling. The breakfast solution with the pre-ordered baskets was a great idea to avoid crowding in the morning, and exceptional delicious and nourishing (+ not unhealthy). Arriving late at night was no problem when they were contacted before.
I do not have anything negative to say - we overall enjoyed our stay and I didn't discover any problems.

If you are looking for a place to linger and relax, this is the place to be. Eksgarden is a small idyllic oasis where you can find peace and quiet and also enjoy culinary delights. The whole thing is accompanied by very friendly and competent staff.

The Breakfast was served in picnic baskets so you could take it anywhere. Food was nice. Room was very nice!
