good location. enough space for 5 adults

toilet sinks have some stains and quite old toilet facilities. cleaner upgraded toilets would have made this place more comfortable

Good location, and plenty of room for storing luggage and food supplies. There is a Coles around the corner, and plenty of eating out of options close by. The view was beautiful and it was quiet and peaceful. The dishwasher was easy to use and there was enough plates and cutlery.

The shower wasn’t very easy to operate properly and the laundry tap was very badly positioned. I couldn’t use my bedside lamp or electric blanket on my side of the bed, as the cords did not reach as far as the power Points. The kitchen tap splashed a lot of water back on the tiles no matter how gently we tried to use it. The Blinds in the laundry were very dirty. There was no heater in the bathroom. I was initially overcharged, as the property managers charged the booking fee twice. I had to ring up and have a long phone conversation in order to address this. When I wanted to change my booking from five nights to 3 nights within the free refund period, I was unable to do this using the app initially. I first tried to contact the property managers about this, who told me I had to do it through the app (!), so I rang up booking.com, who contacted the property managers, got them to release the block on the booking, and organised for my stay to be reduced to 3 nights. One of the bedroom doors was coming off its hinges, and it wasn’t very easy to close the door fully. We wanted to wash the dirt off our car, but the nearby garden hose was broken and leaking.

The apartment was attractive, comfortable, convenient to the main St. View of the bay was lovely, great having a balcony to enjoy the view.

great location- close to 2 beaches and just around the corner from the supermarket. beds were very comfortable and it was very handy having a washer and dryer to use.

only 1 bathroom downstairs wasn’t ideal but not a dealbreaker. perhaps try to keep area info updated in the folder (e.g. Nethercote falls is closed but it took a drive out there to find out). a few simple inclusions would have been helpful, such as a tea towel to dry dishes and could also have been used to get a hot tray out of the oven.

it was dirty bins needed emptying and the smell came into the bedrooms

It was a lot bigger then we needed but it was dog friendly and very clean and bed extremely comfortable with a TV in the bedroom after a long drive this was needed. Easy to get into but would like to say we arrived late and to was hard to see number in the dark. But other then that it was sparking clean and very comfortable.
