The location was perfect and nice and central to everything.

The fact that staff would ot match prices with booking.com when we spoke to them over the phone

Good location and good value for money. Car parking is extremely convenient and worth the $20 a day, although whereabouts of the reception is bit confusing when you ascend in the lift from the car park. Room was good size and well appointed. Good choice of eating places and good breakfast options.

A bench or suitcase rack is needed in the room. Room service meal was disappointing and unfortunately the main restaurant was closed on the 2 nights of our stay. Staff could've been friendlier and more helpful when asked directions.

Room location heard every movement of the lift

The staff and the rooms were excellent. They exceeded our expectations.

Unfortunately on our last night there was a night club across the road and we got very little sleep if any and had a very early start the next day to catch a flight. I know the hotel is not responsible for their neighbours, but this nightclub should not be opposite an accommodation property. People were yelling, drinking, breaking bottles out on the street until around 4am. Appalling!

Location was great. Waterfront about 10minute walk. Lots of good food options nearby. Really good value. The SkyBus Express to the airport stops right in front of the hotel! Fabulous! The ability to block out all the light from the windows with the roller blinds and shutter was perfect!

Bit noisy during the night as in the centre of town, however didn't notice from my second night. The bed was not the most comfortable.

If we were booking again we would request a room that didn't face western sun. That will got really hot but thank goodness for the wooden shutters
