Le personnel est agréable et toujours prêt à écouter vos questions, une navette gratuite pour aller de la gare au centre et disponible et inversement, il existe aussi une navette pour l’aéroport. Chambre propre est efficace.
Malgré que le chauffage soit à fond j’ai eu froid pendant la nuit m’obligeant à dormir habiller.

The hostel is (still) in the Old Center of the city and will be moved in the next few years. It was a bit expensive, but also the only option in Kiruna. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was awesome: buffet with different kinds of sausages and cheeses, salmon and sauces, vegetables, spreads, yogurt with many toppings, jams, fruit, cookies. In addition, there were Ham and Eggs, meatballs, potatoes and sausages. Plus juices, tea and coffee.
The rooms are very plain and the toilets and shower a bit outdated, but both contribute to the hostel style of the accommodation and make it a super base for excursions and activities in the really exciting Kiruna.

Very close to the bus station. Small room, but fair price. Breakfast was very nice!
Door handles were loose. Walls paper thin. Bed sheets had holes...

Localisation in center, possibility to do laundry, sauna, big kitchen, room for backpack, long check out hours and the last thing - AMAZING breakfest include in the price, the best I've ever had with plenty of ingredients you can only imagine, a real feast!

SPIS is a really nice hotel / hostel. We had a private room with a share bathroom. The room was pretty spacious and clean.
The common bathroom and toilets were pretty clean as well and easy to access.
The breakfast is amazing and the sauna is great.
The common kitchen is clean and spacious.
I totally recommend this accomodation, it was my second time there.

Ähhhhm nothing? Maybe the breakfast, it was okay but not so good like everyone said in earlier comments. It was enough for all people and had sufficient options.
Everything else. Started with the check in, the staff was friendly but a little bit distant, they had much to do and were most of the time not at the reception.
But warning!!!! The rooms do not look like the pictures of the rooms on their website. They are old, the sheets dirty, hairs in the sink. Only two toilets and way to less showers for the whole floor.
Loud in the moring, the entrance area smells really bad. All of the other guests looked very unhappy, overall i think a got scammed. Never stay there!
