there was structural damage to the entrance way at reception and they really need to upgrade the television.

Pleasant well appointed room

It was a Friday night and the office closed early so the staff could dine out and the only cutlery we had was teaspoons. We were tired and did not want to go out again. It is quite hard to cut bread to toast and butter and spread it with only a teaspoon!

The bathroom was very clean and the shower hot with guest toiletries.

It was noisy from traffic, and also you could hear other guests in the rooms next dy.

The staff need to learn about customer service. We actually never checked in, didn't want a refund or anything just wanted to move the booking to two weeks later as a job got cancelled at the last minute, but nope they would rather sit on the phone and fight with me than helping.

Remote control for TV did not work

split system struggled to warm the room.

Very convenient to our explorations. Although an older style unit it was very clean with an updated bathroom. We will happily return if ever back in this region.

Parking was outside the door and the room was large with a sofa, table and chairs and bench. The bed was comfortable and there were electric blankets.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom and shower were very clean and the shower head was excellent. I felt that the bed was just OK, My wife thought the bed was comfortable.

There was no one in the office when we arrived around 3:30pm The split System heater was not working correctly as the temperature was not able to be changed. I mentioned the fault to the cleaner on our departure. If guests don,t bother reporting faults one cannot be too harsh on the landlord. Unfortunately the current owners appear to be negelting the garden area, over grown shrubs in the parking area outside the rooms and weeds in the surrounding garden beds.

Very clean and spacious. Easy access to and from town.
