The hotel's location is perfect. Literally central to the beach, opposite a clean, clear water beach. The staff were so so good. Friendly, welcoming, nothing was a problem. Their knowledge of both the port facilities and the Island in general was excellent. The quaint tram was a delight, running literally beside the pavement of the hotel.

I would have liked if the stay was less expensive.

No privacy on balconies, walls of rooms very thin and it is possible to hear everything that neighbours are doing. furnishings in room not 4 star standard, bed uncomfortable

The location, restaurant and bar were fabulous and I would recommend the hotel overall. The Reception staff were very welcoming and professional. The breakfast was exceptional 👌 with an enormous selection and choice.

We stayed on the pool house accommodation which was disappointing considering the price. The bedroom was small and the shower room was awkward to use due to the 'space saving' design. The additional room was used as a glorified wardrobe as it could not be used for anything else due to no air-con and the tv was in the bedroom. The air con was set and we could not lower it. I think this is a new policy in Spain. It was also noisy which was a shame. I liked the two balconies and having what felt like exclusive access to the pool was wonderful. The fact that there were pool staff on duty as long as the pool was open was credit to the hotel. In hindsight I think I would have rather stayed in a hotel bedroom.

the location is spectacular!

The main areas of the hotel are not air conditioned so it was quite hot. But rooms were lovely and cold!

The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and kind. Breakfast was a beautiful spread of all different sorts of food, there was something for everyone. Everyday there was different things to eat, from Mallorcan delicacies to different eggs and pancakes. Location is great, right on the beach, perfect for families.

The breakfast was really good with lot of choices. The location of the hotel is perfect. Port de Soller is one of my happy place. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were very small and quiet tired looking only providing the absolute basics and no luxury for a 4 star accommodation. I would be really concerned if we hadn’t had a sea view as looking at some of the other rooms from outside they would just be facing a brick wall.

Great location. Right on the beach front. The breakfast buffet was excellent - everything you could want. The hotel was really clean and the pool was lovely.

When we arrived we paid for our sea view room and we’re then directed to a building along the street. When we got into the room it looked straight at the wall of another building. We were on a back street nowhere near the sea front. We went back to reception and complained. The receptionist eventually found us a sea view room which is what we booked and paid for. This took her about 45 minutes. We had already travelled 12 hours to get there so we were just wanting to get sorted out. Very poor start to the holiday - the rooms should not be overbooked. Disappointing beginning but the rest of our stay was lovely.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty and lots of choice.

Room was small … hanging facilities for clothes was limited.

Breakfast was fabulous ! Dinner menu was simple but well executed.
