Checkin experience: Our accommodation was prepaid by my credit card, but hotel did not inform me about it, so I got my refund (-taxes ) back at checkout. Watch out if you paid with credit card. Breakfast was less tasty than at other places.

As an advertised Bed & Breakfast, I was disappointed that breakfast was an extra charge. For the price paid it should have been included. Nice clean pool and rooms kept clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Wi-Fi was very slow. A bit far out of City Centre. Which meant 2 trike rides each way.analyn

the room is fit for 2 and clean, the breakfast quit expensive but its yummy. the owner is approachable and nice.

The host, Citadel,is a remarkable women. She really understands what customer service is all about. Nothing is too much trouble. Her B&B is beautifully kept; both the rooms and the surrounding gardens and pool. Although the establishment is located a little away from the city centre, it has the obvious advantage of being very quiet and private. Transportation to any location from there is quickly arranged. A very nice Robinson's Shopping Mall is only a quick 50 peso trike ride away. Highly recommended property for those seeking a bit of quality peace and tranquility.

The WiFi signal to my upper floor room was a little weak at times, but the issue was quickly addressed by management.

Is still the best place to stay in puerto princessa

We were wanting to use the pool but it wasn’t turned on and there was a lot of surface debris. it wasn’t turned on and cleaned until the morning. The gate is locked at 10 pm. If you go out to the town you don’t get back in. Was totally disappointed when checking out had to argue with the staff member about paying for two breakfasts which were paid for when booking.

The Receptionist/owner was very prompt in any assistance to guest needs

The pool is very nice and the breakfast prepared are very nice but everything is very expensive.

We felt we were over charged for our room and food. I paid 8 nights for a king size bed then had to pay a extra 3000P to change rooms because the first room was so loud from street traffic . The last 4 night we had to take the smaller queen room but no refund for the king size then for one extra night we had to pay 1800P for the queen room when the previous guest paid only 1300P for the same room. I paid for all the meals over 5000P but when we checked out she said we still owed another 800P. This resort is very clean and well kept but don't expect a peaceful night sleep because traffic and dogs barking goes 24 hours a day. The closest beach is not nice at all in fact it was terrible. The nice beaches are 1 to 2 hours trike ride away. We paid our drive 1500P each time and it was worth it to spend the day there. Both beaches we went to were beautiful. We were lucky to have Mark our trike driver to take us everywhere. Very helpfull and very honest person.

Room was clean and big with coffee making facilities. Pool was nice. Staff were friendly (when present); she helped us book our bus to El Nido. When fully up and running after covid, this place would be a great stay.

Staff weren't around often enough and locked the gate earlier than they said (while we were still out) - make sure you are clear with staff when going out. There were no restaurant or bar facilities at hotel, contrary to what was advertised.

Some weird rules and regulations and potential fines on a sign in the room, not very welcoming! Couldn't swap a book, weird considering there were dozens of them in a cabinet! Wanted a large room deposit on arrival but we had no extra cash as leaving Phillipines the following day. Kept passport instead. No flexibility of check in/out times

The good was only the room except for the bathroom because of the exhaust fan it's very noisy.

The owner are unfriendly, Unprofessional and very expensive too much charge and deposit. If you want to make your vacation to be great then don't stay in citadel bed and Breakfast because the people there will make it worst specially the OWNER!!!!
