more than enough space. good equipped kitchen. very quiet neighborhood, 10 min walk from supermarket and marina.

all is working but a bit old especially the external furniture would benefit from a little refresh. still excellent value for money. we were missing some blankets, but this was quickly resolved with a quick phone call.

location close to the marina was good but lots of building works going on hence rating low.

Swimming pool on arrival was dirty, debris had not been cleaned off the bottom of the pool, green algea between water line and top edging of pool. Patio area dirty, patio furniture very dirty. water slightly cloudy. We complained to the agent and the pool cleaner turned up, put some chemical in the pool and hosed off some of the furniture leaving the debris in the pool and still didn't even sweep the patio. No record of cleaning or temperatures were left in the pouch provided by the agent on the wall. We didn't swim in the pool as we didn't 'trust' the water. Pool cleaner came back on the evening before we left and did very little so expect the next people will also complain. Inside the house was generally clean, although we had to buy some disinfectant for the drain gully in the utility room as it smelled and we were visited by 8 cockroaches (no we didn't leave food out and appreciate that they are not uncommon in hot climates, having said that I have been to Lanzarote on nine previous occasions and only seen two).

Location is good, within walking distance to the marina, The villa is not overlooked has lots of space and has a distant sea view. Plus plenty of parking space Guja the booking agent was very helpful.

This was the second time that we have stayed at Casa Mar our first visit was pre Covid and we could not fault the villa. On our return in November 22 it was apparent that the villa and pool is in need of some care and attention, nothing major or costly. spending a little time and money, and bring it back to the standard that we experienced on our previous trip.

Excellent location. Garden was very private.

Furniture very dated. Villa could accommodate six people but glassware and cutlery didn’t have six of anything the same. Not adequately cleaned inside or outside of the villa.

Room layout was good and it was convenient to have two bathrooms. plenty of room for sun beds outside.

Perhaps a little further away from the seafront and the centre of Playa Blanca than we imagined. Could have done with a water jug and maybe some extra mugs and cutlery for when the dishwasher was full. probably wouldn’t have been enough if fully occupied.

Location and peace and quiet

Needed redecorating and it felt somewhat “neglected”. Very few amenities when it came to glasses and utensils etc. Would only take a smell amount of love and attention and it would be great.

Collected the key from the keybox, very convenient.

I wrote last year on my last visit that the furniture was tired, it has not been changed or updated, even though you had replied that the owner was aware, very disappointed, the sofas were still sticky and very dirty, we hardly used them. We were unable to access the Internet for the week that we were there.

Quit location and in walking distance to the Marina with plenty of restaurants. Very pleasant to have 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, makes a relaxed stay, kitchen well equipped, and thanks for the welcome basket !
