Nice place would stay there again for sure! Whole family like it.

We had trouble with jacuzzi tub in master suite. It wasn’t working. No one at front desk answered phones to help. Didn’t get to use tub.

The staff were very nice and the view of the cliffs/ocean/beach was unbeatable.

This felt more like a motel than a 3 star hotel. Minimal amentities, no heat in the room. And the checkin process took around 20 min. I wouldnt say the price was right.

Great location, with wonderful views, and great staff.

You could hear your neighbors very clear.

The area was nice, and the breakfast place was nice.

We saw huge cockroaches and rats outside. The receptionist wasn't there when we got there so the security had to call her over. She didn't explain anything to us(where the room was, what time checkout was). We stayed on the bottom floor on the "remodel" building and there was no airflow and black mold In bathroom. Next day we complained about the black mold and she moved us to the top floor of the "remodeled" building and it was so much better and no mold. When we checked out the receptionist didn't remind us about the $20 key deposit so I told her and she just looked at me and asked for the receipt. She gave us the $20 back, but you can tell she tried to keep it for herself.

The location has beautiful views and the complimentary breakfast was good.

The walls of the rooms were very dirty, there was mold in the showers and some of the rooms smelled like sewage.

Location is really good the view is great but bathroom where disgusting 🤮 bed and carpet, bathroom 0/10

Upon checking out the young girl at the front desk did not remind me of my deposit, she could have said when returning the key that I had a deposit that I had pending to return to me. She basically stole my twenty dollar deposit.
