Chambre trop petite malgré sa beauté on ne peut à peine ouvrir ses valises cette ambiance exigue se retrouve dans l’ensemble de l’hotel

+Location +staff ++breakfast +++Also the plants and environment around and inside it just breathtaking + view on to beach Only thing í might want say is í was confused where the road downward to the hotel. It was narrow and same people park their bikes on both sides on the road. It would help have sign at least for new people to the area +parking was free and they parked the car for us and made it ready when leaving

Beautifully decorated , comfortable and cosy room. Nice view to the sea, even though the hotel is located very close to the busy mean street the area of the hotel is quite and private.

The breakfast is a la cart, there is no buffer, limited offer.

Perfect location right at the center of Pipa, easy access to nearby beaches and restaurants. Amazing rooms, very comfortable and beautiful facilities, staff very friendly.

Location was perfect. It was close enough for an easy walk into town but far enough that it was a nice quiet section of the beach. Simple but beautiful property and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

There was nothing I didn't like, but if I were to make recommendations I would say the beds could be a little more comfortable and more power points for charging phone/computer etc.

Location is excellent. Direct access to the beach from one side and access to the main street from the front of the hotel. It's far enough back from the street to avoid the noise at night. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of options. Afternoon tea every day at 5pm is a nice touch. Hotel is kept very clean. Staff are very friendly. Room amenities & toiletries are very good quality. Nice powerful shower to wake you up!

Very little space for clothes or suitcases (we had 2 large suitcases) There was a short clothes rail directly above the place you put your suitcase so when you open your case you have to move all the clothes. Tiny balcony but it was a Standard Room. At check in I was asked to provide the credit card that was used to book the room. As it was a "virtual online card" I was not able to provide this as my bank blocks online transactions with the physical card number (as most banks are now doing). They asked me to pay the full amount on another card and would refund my original card. I refused to do this as the refund would not be immediate. This caused some discomfort until the manager intervened. I ended up having to sign a declaration form to attest that I was the card holder for the booking. A very strange request that I have never experienced in the 100's of hotels I have stayed in.

Categories Standard, Superior published may cause some confusion as these categories in hotel 4* and 5* have a clear definition. When I booked in Oct. this year room Standard, i recvd. room 8. On Booking.com was described as Standard. It was a very nice sophisticated room This time I booked Superior. I rcvd first ace room 2. In my point of view not superior. I suggest to have an analysis how to publish and sell the different categories. For sure a nice hotel. But communication is essential.
