Amazing comfortable bed and the decor of our room was lovely

the rooms are very high standard - the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in (felt like home)

Where to begin, i was at a wedding down at Voewood, so from a location stand point - this was ideal.
Then the fun really started; The staff were incredible, offering an early check-in (so I could suit up) & even upgrading the room without additional charge. The rooms are spacious & airy, & the breakfast Hash will fill you up for weeks! There was even a complimentary tea & cake - which just shows the care & attention.
There is nothing i can think of, other than that I wasn't able to stay another night!

The room was beautiful and perfectly positioned in the town. The staff were so helpful from the minute we got there and the food at the restaurant was excellent. I'm so glad we booked last minute, and don't regret it at all. Definitely recommend to those wanting a luxury B&B getaway in a lovely town.

Room was lovely, had character with the oak beams, good decor, bathroom spacious and elegantly decorated, nice sized TV in the room. We couldn’t book for dinner as it was full, but our included breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful

The property was tastefully decorated in an individual style and all fixtures, fittings and facilities were of very high quality

The room was a good size, good size bathroom with seperate shower. Staff were very pleasant and obliging, always helpful. Breakfast on first morning very good with good choices. Good locality very central within walking distance of shops and other attractions.
Restaurant tables far too close together, seats in restaurant very uncomfortable, food not up to standard expected of an expensive hotel. No ambience, very impersonal restaurant. Breakfast on second day was not satisfactory, overcooked. Hotel overpriced compared to other similar hotels in locality, some who had Michelin stars.

Lovely comfortable room, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel had a warm welcoming feel. The room was very clean and the complimentary tea and cake was a lovely extra treat.
