My only tiny thing that comes to mind was the outside pool area and across to bar was a bit too dark at night

Everything... Location, Amenities, Friendly Staff, Room Service from the Bar ( Cocktails to your door! ), Lagoon Style Pool with its resident Lizard, Overlooking the beach.

Maybe the loudness of the live music until late on the nights i was needing to sleep early but they do supply earbuds for that.

LOCATION WAS GREAT

The staff were very friendly and helpful when we were checking in. Even though it was a cold day our room was heated when we walked in. We got complimentary drinks and discounts at the hotel next door. Clean room, comfy bed, beautiful gardens, heated spa, a short walk to the beach. Loved it!

The foldout couch was not that comfortable but honestly most foldout couches worldwide aren’t great 😉 Definitely wasn’t bad enough to put me off staying here again. X

noise from hotel machinery ( fairly minor )

The location is superb, the immaculate heated pool & spa was wonderful and the grounds are stunning. Complimentary cruiser bikes with handy baskets made exploring Byron fun & easy. Our loft room was perfect for two adults and two teen girls, very spacious and possibly the most comfortable beds & pillows we’ve experienced. All of the above was small in comparison to the most welcoming, pleasant and accommodating staff there ever was. Kind, helpful and always smiling all the ladies we encountered during our three day stay were simply wonderful! Thank you for an extremely comfortable & enjoyable stay!
