great breakfast and atmophere

The staff was the absolute best part of our stay, so lovely and kind! It is nice that there is a big ICA right next to the hotel, and it is just a short scooter/car ride away from Friends Arena and Mall of Scandinavia. I also really appreciate how the hotel has made sure to be accesible for wheelchair users, it is clear that is has been taken into consideration.

Our room was located almost street level, with a terrible view. There was a couple minor stains in the bed/in the room but we didn't feel it was necessary to complain about it. We chose the hotel based on previous reviews, and for instance very good reviews about the breakfast but we were pretty disappointed in it. The breakfast is served next to the reception desk and the spread was nothing special, even though what was served was okay. The scrambled eggs were amazing! It was also nice that they had a few gluten free options, you just have to remember to ask for them because it is not on display (which is good).

The room was spacious and comfortable. I was leaving early, normally before the start of the breakfast but everything was ready at 6h30 instead of 7h and it was nice to be able to enjoy it. The area was quiet during the night.

Location is not that good but for my business trip, it was ok.

Maude provided an assortment of vegan options for the breakfast buffet, greatly appreciated. Room was spacious, nice bed, good wi-fi.

I stayed here during a recent business trip – very comfortable and welcoming hotel, lovely reception lady who told me where a nice restaurant was locally. Really quiet, clean and a peaceful night's sleep and an excellent choice of breakfast. Would have liked to have tried the gym but ran out of time.

Only the loud TV at breakfast, otherwise nothing could be faulted.

The reception girl was fantastic!! I was in Sweden for the first time - she helped me a lot! Super friendly and even walked with me all the way to the train station because I was getting lost every where I went 😁 thank you!! And also the room are very clean and quiet

In the middle of the night when I needed to find administrations Phone nr, I couldn't find it :D so maybe you could make some where more visible

There was no warm breakfast served. I think this is because the Hotel was not full. The cucumber served for breakfast was not fresh and was leftover from previous day.
