The position is amazing. The apartment was neat and tidy, and had great Wi-Fi. There was ample space and the staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be coming back.

1. No backup management plan during power outages. I found it difficult to get any work done because of LS. 2. No access to room via parking bay entrance. I found it puzzling and extremely inconvenient that I had to always use the reception area to gain access to my vehicle even after check-in. However it appeared that there was access to rooms via the the parking area, but it was locked. I did not understand why this was the case, I was soaking wet each time I needed to get something from my car because the rain was pouring. 😔 3. Lastly, due to the poor power management of the premises, this prompted me to check-out early (5 am). No receptionist was present. I called the management number provided several times to no avail. The motor gate could only open when the power returned. I had to wait for over an hour for the gate to operate. This delayed my time of arrival at my destination.

unfortunately the noise at night was awful. We were in the family room at the back of the property & could hear all the bottles and rubbish going in the bin. We were also next to the dorm room which meant people were coming & going at all hours.

when booking in they said they were full !! then they gave us a room that they don’t normally let out because of being next to the kitchen / dining / reception NO HOT WATER TO SHOWER AND NO STAFF ON SITE AT NIGHT TO ASSIST noise in the night - generator and noisy guests coming in late

Access to flat is not easy

The breakfast was good & the location right by the beach is also nice.

OK, so I have NO idea what happened but for some reason Booking cancelled our reservation at 4pm the night of our stay here. (Because of credit card issues. We used the same card for all our accommodations on this trip without any issues. It was strange but OK, I want to believe this was Booking's mistake.) We showed up anyway, unaware of this late cancellation (tired, with two little kids). The host then claimed that in the mean time everything was full except for a room which was more than 2x as expensive as the room we initially booked. Obviously we refused. My husband checked on Booking and saw a room available for a much lower price so he booked it again through the Booking app on the spot. He was looking at the screen of the host seeing the emails sent from Booking, so he could see for himself that there was NO other booking after our cancellation (like the host claimed) and he could see the approvement email from Booking for the new reservation coming in immediately. Still, the host kept saying that the cancellation would come through right afterwards?! Then the host tried to get my husband out of there with the excuse that he was hungry and was going to "go eat something". My husband refused to leave and said he would wait by the counter until the host was back from "eating". At that point the host gave in, let us check in and gave us keys to a room?! My guess was that he wanted to manually cancel the booking but couldn't do it as my husband was watching him so he was making up excuses to have him leave. We should have stayed elsewhere anyway, as the room had serious bunker vibes with no windows. We sat in the lobby during the evening and saw that there were only 2 other guests that night, it was NO WAY sold out. The next day, the host acted completely differently and was almost too kind. Maybe he realised he would get a bad rating on Booking? Too late... Anyway, long story short: DON'T STAY HERE :-)

Convenient location with many restaurants and shops Dow stairs. Amazing view.

The location to the beach was great. With kids it’s nice to be able to walk to the beach instead of driving. Also nice to have a few shops & coffee shops so close by.

The unit was very nice on the inside, but getting to it was difficult. We got the unit on the side of the building that didn’t have an easy entrance to use.

Well located close to the beach, gated parking (very limited space though), functional room but comfortable. Great to be able to use kitchen facilities throughout the day for small things.

Rooms have blurred windows facing the parking area and gate, so it can be a bit noisy.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.
