very clean, spacious and perfect location for our needs.

Owner at reception was nice and friendly. property allowed pets- the private backyard was perfect for us to have our small dogs.

On my birthday & public holiday- we were preparing to go out to our bookings. however a man came to spray and spray the lawns without saying anything - leaving the gates opened and our dogs going crazy luckily they were not outside at that time. we then had to spend the next 30-40 mins calming our dogs while he did his job. whats worst is when having a conversation between us- as i wondered why there was someone doing maintenance when our unit said DO NOT DISTURB, on a public holiday, right at lunch time (we could have planned a bbq at that moment - or using the backyard space we paid for)- the man mowing the lawns answered in our conversation and yelled “Shut up” at me.

Very lovely staff here who are very helpfull. Because we were setting up for our travel the location is perfect. Close to large shopping centre and so many places to have lunch or dinner. Great area for parking at the front of our room so easy to set up the car.

There is no negative about this place. Her puppies are also very cute and friendly.

I done my back in couple days before visit, pain was so bad had to cancel rest of my visit to Chch nothing to do with you lot, was awesome sorry couldn't put dishes away just couldn't bend in the morning

Spacious room that had its own yard and outdoor furniture which we could not use for the cold weather anyways, but it would be fantastic in summer. The host acknowledges the needs fast and is generous for towels. The size of 2 bedroom unit was really good. The size of kitchen and living area with the dining table and sofa is also wonderful. VERY COMFORTABLE STAY.

Laundry room is filthy, including the old washing machine and dryer. The power in the unit kept cutting when multiple electronics are connected. ie. When 3 items like the heat pump + refrigerator + a panel heater are plugged, if the bathroom fan heater is added, the switch in the hub went down in the unit I stayed. Same goes for the addition of air fryer+kettle together or just TV. Wasn't a huge problem though, just inconvenient 2-3 times a day except for the first time it happened and I wasn't aware and left the fridge unplugged all day long. The host was aware of the problem and hopefully did something about it after I left.
