The house was perfect for our trip. The layout is great for accommodating a family gathering with a large kitchen, deck and family room. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking meals. The location was very nice as well, only 10-15 minutes to South Lake and nice beaches nearby. The owners provided good communication and instructions to use all the features of the property.

The Stateline property is a true find and gift. The eight members of our family and one dog had so much room. Between the numerous bedrooms, the incredible kitchen, living area and the great back deck there was space for all. Location perfect for all things in South Lake Tahoe and the owners were a dream to work with. Highly recommend!!!

Everything we could think of to make us comfortable was provided! Super comfortable beds and furniture! Impressively clean inside and out. Large fenced yard for dog to run around in! Young people had fun playing pool!

The accommodation were fabulous. Everything you would require for a stay away from home for 10 adults. We enjoyed playing corn hole and relaxing in the hot tub. Plenty of parking.

Wonderful property. Acurately described in the listing. We had 12 guests and an infant one night and all fit comfortably. The house has an awesome open floor plan that is great for socializing. Pool table and hot tub were a big hit. Would definitely recommend to any group.

We had an awesome time staying at Patti and Scotts Tahoe vacation home. We skied 4 days at Heavenly and it was beautiful with great snow. Having the Boulder Lodge 1.5 miles from the house was super convenient to park and jump on the lift. After skiing 2 days, we spent the day driving around the lake, enjoying beautiful views and a picnic in Incline Village. Patti was absolutely THE BEST with many recommendations for skiing, rentals, directions, and food. We had a great vacation and our 3 adult children did as well…..thank you Patti and Scott so much for your gracious hospitality!!!

This house was perfect for our friend group's ski vacation. The place was very clean and comfortable, and the hot tub after a day on the slopes was the icing on the cake. Scott and Patti are amazing hosts, and were extremely communicative throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

This is the second time we've stayed here and it's perfect for our large family of 10. There are plenty of beds as well as a huge dining room table with enough chairs for all of us. The property is dog friendly and there's a huge, fenced in yard which is amazing! The hosts are very easy to contact and very friendly and welcoming, 10/10 recommend!

Our family of 9 stayed at this cabin and had a perfect time! Rooms were comfortable, bathrooms/laundry room/kitchen were all fully stocked with anything we could ever need, it was perfect! Location feels remote, but is very close to the state line and stores. The wooden walls and woodsy decorations completed the feeling of really being in Tahoe. Thank you for such a fun and memorable stay! We will be returning!

This cabin won’t disappoint! Our family of seven adults (3 couples and one single) plus two dogs had plenty of privacy and ample room to hang out together. The kitchen was well stocked which was important as we love cooking together! The hosts answered our questions promptly and shared excellent tips on hiking, boating, and eating in the area.
Having a large dining room table to seat all of us was perfect. We enjoyed that the patio and living room has room for all of us to gather and hangout together.

This property was amazing! The home was spotless and extremely well stocked.
There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us to gather at the table, living room and on the deck. The hot tub was extremely clean. The owners are very easy to communicate with and respond promptly to any questions. We have rented several homes through VRBO that were very nice but this one is absolutely the best ! The owners attention to every detail made our stay wonderful!

This was an awesome week for us. The location was spot on with close to South Tahoe only 10mins but had the quiet neighborhood. The trails were just minutes away with spectacular views. The kitchen was well stock with everything you need. The family room was had a very comfortable couches. The pool table and jacuzzi were a hit. Would definitely stand again.

The place is great, clean, comfortable and everything is in good condition. Mattresses and pillows in every room are comfortable. The pool table and board games provided extra entertainment. The hosts responds promptly and provided a lot of informations that made our first Tahoe trip a breeze. Will definitely recommend this place.

Our family of 7 plus a fiancé and a girlfriend enjoyed the cabin for 5 nights. This was our second time staying here. Winter wonderland - we enjoyed nights in, making dinners and tried snow shoeing for the first time. The house has everything you can need or want. Communication with owners was timely (even while they were traveling out of the country). Can’t wait to go back.

One of our favorite places to stay in Tahoe, and the best dog-friendly place we have found so far! House is very well stocked with everything you need, outside area is great (especially for the doggies!), and feels very homey vs. many of the sterile rentals out there. Fantastic communication from the hosts, great recommendations for things to do, and overall nice people.

We had such an amazing time at this cabin! We spent New Year’s there and it was a blast. It has so many games for everyone and a great open concept for everyone to spend time together. The property is so well equipped and is very organized.

Such a beautiful cabin & location. Super close to the main strip of Tahoe. The rooms were great and a huge kitchen table fit all 10 adults in our family. Kitchen was gorgeous with beautiful granite countertops. Lots of cooking supplies. New washer/dryer. The cabin is dog friendly and has a huge backyard that is fenced which was amazing for our dogs to play. The property owners were fantastic about quick replies to messages during our stay. Would definitely love to stay here again! 10/10!

This home is beautiful and cozy. Bedrooms all have comfortable beds and bathrooms close by. The house is stocked to the max with items needed for stay with children, every kitchen gadget known to man and well maintained and clean. We made homemade ice cream, played games, sledded in the backyard, played pool, watched Christmas movies on Netflix. The only negative ( which was out of owners control) was we arrived Thursday night after Tahoe Snowpocalypse and the driveway was blocked with three feet of snow. We had to climb through it to get to keybox to get to garage to get to snow shovels. No fun after 9 hour trip which usually takes two.

Party and Scott were awesome in preparing us for our stay and all the amenities in the area. The cabin was easy to find and gorgeous! We stayed in and soaked in the hot tub and played out back in the snow. It was wonderful and relaxing.

We had a fabulous stay over Thanksgiving! Our family of 6 had comfortable bedrooms and gathered in a wonderful family kitchen area for meals & game nights! We will definitely come again! Thank you!!!!

First of all the hosts are fantastic! We were in Tahoe for our daughters wedding and they provided us an extensive list of restaurants, hiking, trails, and things to do. We were a group of 11 with 8 adults, a 6 year old, a 12 year old, a 9 month old, and a dog. The house was so roomy and comfortable for everyone. The home is appointed with plenty of comfortable seating, a well stocked kitchen and nice linens. The spa was a great place to enjoy a crisp morning with a cup of coffee. Several of us love baseball and football and the 80” tv in the living room was a great way to enjoy a game or two, We plan to return!

We had the best time staying at this house. Easy access to everything while still maintaining a very nice feel of the country. The place is magnificent. We enjoyed cooking in the big kitchen and shared many meals in the big dining table. Enjoyed playing pool and barbecued too. Nice hiking places close by and very good communication with property owner. Would book this place again in the future.

Our family had a great stay at Scott and Patti’s. They also had everything we needed for our one year old grandson. We loved the big kitchen, abundance of seating in the family room where we played games and enjoyed time on the patio and hot tub. I’d highly recommend their home.

Tahoe Reunion
This House was perfect for our college reunion. Living area had ample space along with a pool table. 5 bedrooms provided everyone privacy and were isolated from common area - could easily host 5 couples. Host communication was over the top with summary of area attractions including specific events that were taking place during our stay - so it was customized to our visit. Great house in a great location.

A beautiful Tahoe home
Great property with all the amenities you could think of for cooking, making drinks, or just relaxing.
Media center is a little dated with no streaming options (plus they say you can’t hook anything up.)
From there, communication felt a little overbearing as they were trying to be host and travel agent. The information overload was too much which should have been consolidated into a binder to review upon check in, including activities to do. I have been at other, more exquisite vrbo’s that have done just this.
If you’re looking for a quaint place to stay, and not worried about keeping up with Disney + or your favorite streaming, then this is your place.

So much family fun!
This place had so many fun decorations in an upscale Tahoe Mountain Cabin Style. The extra detail given to anything you might want in the kitchen or bath or for games even including a great pool table made it so easy and fun just to stay there let alone heading out to nearby amusements. We did take advantage of the rim trail that was so close and Emerald Bay and the lake in general and the casinos and the blues festival. Could not have picked a better place for our extended family and friends to enjoy.

Super Fun Lodge Inspired Home
The house is fun, friendly with a pool table, hot tub and open floor plan. The kitchen is totally equipped for cooking and for everyone staying connected from the living room, dining room and outdoor deck. I highly recommend this home for a large family or a group of friends. And I must say the home was very clean and well maintained. We are very glad we chose this home for our getaway to South Lake Tahoe.

Wonderful family friendly experience
We had a fantastic time in Tahoe, the house had everything we needed and then some. The recommendations the hosts made were plentiful and accurate. We were able to relax and enjoy our time together because of the location and amenities. Highly recommend this house and will definitely visit again if we are ever in Tahoe.
