not a single thing. dirty, badly in need of renovation and update.

service non -existent. food terrible and room service took an hour and they walked it to the cabin 500 metres from reception so cold on arrival. old/dirty sheets, I’ll fitting old towels - no coffee or tea facilities and cutlery /plastic crockery and other utensils in a plastic bucket. View and surroundings are Ok.

it was so clean and neat.

it doesn't have AC or heater, not enough covers kinda cold at night.

Great location

Really uncomfortable beds, pillows and quality of bath towels. Front desk associate told us to let them know the next morning if we wanted cleaning.. I told her directly that I would like it cleaned, when we would be leaving by, and was notifying her now that we want the cabin cleaned. She acknowledged my request and finished checking us in. The next day we returned an nothing was cleaned. My partner called the front desk, spoke to the same person,,and she denied everything we discussed and said we never called in that morning.. I was not going to argue any more about something we clearly stated and she agreed to..then the next day acted like we were lying to her,,seriously? On a more serious note, I left my wallet in the room at checkout and when I realized it was missing I had called the hotel immediately,,,and nobody would claim they found it. I had the wallet in the room the night before since I had to book some travel plans online,,it was there,,your staff stole it. Plain and simple.

It was amazing. The view was just beyond what I actually expected.

The walk to the room could be a bit better.

A young guy named Brian was very helpful helping translate. Outside the property is beautiful. The people in the town are all absolutely wonderful.

Too rustic for me. Our chalet was located very far at the back of the property. There is no heat in the chalet, you only get too small bundles of wood and it got cold during the night. It was dark inside the chalet because it’s dimly lite.

The staff was not very friendly, we called the reception a few times to ask for fire starters and said they will send someone over and they never did. Our sofa had a big whole on the seat

Nature, cottage, beautiful place

Showers didn’t have enough pressure, not good maintenance overall (light bulbs, doors) and it was very noisy outside during night even up to 3 am, difficult to sleep
