Ideally located in the small town of Alcudia, with an easy free parking at 2min walk distance. Hotel is very nice, rooms were ok too.

Devil is in the details but some electrical wires were visible in the bathroom. The small spot could be changed for a smoother light as you got it right in the face. Small plastic sink in the bathroom, and the shower door seals could have been changed.. But this has not changed the fact we enjoyed our stay, these are just recommendations for improvements !

The location is the only pro of this hotel - close to the city wall so you want be dragging your bags far yet still inside the historic city center. There are quite a few hotels in the downtown area of Alcudia that are certainly a much better option though.

The room we got was beyond bad... The pictures wont tell you that the shower is literally next to the bed and reaks chlorine. The terrace is nice but next to the airduct from the restaurant which is loud and smelly so you won't be able to open the terrace door let alone enjoy the terrace . The restroom is in a converted dresser. And when you tell the receptionist you are not happy her response is - "ok, nothing i can do".

The breakfast quality was great, but service didn’t match the price point of the hotel. The locations is perfect to explore Alcudia old town

Our room was on top of the restaurant and not in the main hotel section. We didn’t expect to be that side. The toilet was inside a cupboard and we almost thought our room didn’t have one until we opened the closet! The shower just open in the room and the absence of a bathroom makes it difficult to have any privacy. No hooks to hang towels.

A lot of humidity in the bathroom (the smell was really strong), and it lacked some privacy because one of its walls was all glass (you had to pull on a curtain to avoid someone in bed to see you while you were in the toilet…).

hotel was in a really good location and in keeping with alcudia old town. it was very clean, modern and in close proximity to bars and restaurants. it’s a moderate walk to the beach which is a great opportunity to work off the amazing breakfast provided opposite the hotel

the blind isn’t black out very bright in the morning no bottle water or kettle provided so no drinking water the toilet seat is broken

Nice apartment close to everything, lovely interior furnishing.

Very, very unpleasant smell in the bathroom and no sound proof windows which made it quite hard at night to find sleep.

Overall the apartment was very nice. There was ample space and a balcony. Bedrooms were a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The location was superb and in a central location in the Old Town of Alcudia. It is also very close to the bus station and taxi point.

There was nothing to really not like. However, i would add some towel hooks to hang wet towels in the bathroom. Additionally, I noticed some dust in places that should be cleaned but it wasn't too bothersome. Also, at night you can hear people pulling suitcases on the road. It didn't bother be really but if you are sensitive to sound it may be a concern.
