L'emplacement , la vue, la chambre
Le personnel absent et l'absence de réponses et suivi lors de la location. Matériel à disposition manquant et en mauvais état. Pas d'eau potable à disposition !

La piscine où l'on peut se baigner à toute heure.
Il a fallu attendre plusieurs jours pour avoir internet dans la chambre. La baignoire était bouchée, le sèche-cheveux, la télévision de la chambre et le coffre-fort ne fonctionnaient pas.
On nous a débouché la baignoire, on a réparé la télévision et on a eu un nouveau sèche-cheveux.
Tant mieux !
Mais cela a fait beaucoup de logistique à gérer pour quelques jours de vacances !!!
La climatisation à l'entrée de l'hôtel est extrêmement forte.

I was only there 1 night, coming from a week on a sailboat. I had a large suite to myself with a big comfortable bed. Laying by the quiet pool and close walking distance to Atlantis village Market for the evening was great.

Appartamento grande e luminoso in una struttura ben tenuta, immersa nel verde e a poche centinaia di metri dal mare.
Cucina spaziosa fornita di tutto ciò che serve per cucinare, ma è altrettanto ottima la possibilità di fare colazione e pranzo al piccolo ristorante/bar della struttura.
Camere e pulizie e rifatte tutti i giorni.
Staff disponibilissimo, cortese e riservato.

Peccato per la mancanza di olio/aceto sale/pepe e detersivo piatti...proporrei di poterlo richiedere in loco senza dover provvedere all'acquisto personale.
Per gli standard italiani, l'attenzione alla pulizia è un po' sotto la media...ma più che mai accettabile.

The gardens were beautiful. The pools were often empty, so we'd have them to ourselves. The most beautiful beaches were a short walk. If it was really hot out, we'd take an electric scooter though. The air-conditioning was good. The room was spacious.
The rooms were very dated and in need of maintenance. The bathroom was small and had no ventilation system. The water pressure in the shower was poor, and the water kept getting too hot or too cold. Also, the sofa bed our daughter slept on was not in good shape and needs to be replaced ASAP.

The staff and security were exceptional. They made my stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible.
The kitchen needs a whole lot of improvement, especially the stove. It’s rented more like an apartment - bring you own pots and pans, hand towels and detergent, mugs for tea/coffee and not 4 ozs cups. The microwave must have had a small fire.

The grounds are beautiful and the two pools were nice. The suite is spacious, plenty of room to spread out. The wifi is quite strong.
It is very run down. The shower barely worked, a cold or hot trickle that often would not turn off. Many lights did not work, outlets were broken, we found ants crawling on the walls.

The location and no noise comfortable and relaxing the staff was great especially the morning 8am security officer she's very helpful

Room was spacious with a nice patio overlooking the gardens. Breakfast at the pool was nice. 5 min walk to Cabbage Beach. Viola's restaurant 5 min walk was our go to place to eat. Conch Mac n Cheese. Yum. We stayed here for two days up front and a day at the end of our 7 day Liveaboard dive boat.

The hotel was great value for money compared to others on paradise island. There were two pools and a tennis court which guests could make use of. The room was huge with a full kitchen, living room and bedroom. The room also stayed nice and cool on the hot days. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The shower was a bit temperamental as it was hard to get the temperature right and was a little low meaning you had to crouch to fit under it.

The tropical feel of the site, the quiet location and price compared to the likes of Atlantis!
The rooms were a bit dated and in need of a little TLC. The pillows in particular were not very comfortable.

staff was really friendly and the layout of the rooms were nice
this property could really use some TLC and a good deep clean… looks like they opened in the early 90s and didn’t bother to update or fix anything..
