Lugar es muy bello. Me encantó. Habitación confortable y da hacia la piscina. Desayuno muy rico. Tinaja caliente. Habitaciones calefaccionadas.

La tranquilidad del lugar, los ambientes verdes, las tinajas, y el desayuno estuvo muy bueno.

Que cerrarán tan temprano el servicio de comida.

The food was ok, but not that good. People at restaurant wasn't that smiley and friendly as one would expect in that kind of facilities.

pool needs to be cleaned. hot tubs are not free and require advance notice. they lock up the property after 7p in our case and we were locked out from getting back in. there was a phone number listed but my cellular was not working so there was no other way to get in. I yelled and shook the gate and walked up and down the road but no one heard me. I had to flag down someone on the road to call the number and come let us in. they don’t speak English at all. The Wi-Fi only works at the reception. Not strong in the rooms and doesn’t work outside on the patio

We really enjoyed our time there. It was quiet, beautiful. The room was big, fresh and clean. The reception's staff was very friendly.

The hospitality at the restaurant was the only negative thing of our time there. The lady attending was not really friendly. A lot of times, it felt like she was doing a favor more than doing her job. My boyfriend came in the restaurant to order 2 pineapple juices: he asked for it in a mix of spanish and english. The woman answered very rude: "No english". No smile, not even trying to understand what he was asking for, altough it was pretty clear what he was requesting. I had to go myself to ask for the juices, in spanish, and she did not reply: she just prepared the juices and gave them to me, very serious and annoyed. We got the feeling that they were lazy... A couple of times, we asked if we could eat at the tables outside: the answers were: I'm alone, so you can not. The food was amazing though! Really good!

The staff are wonderful. Most did not speak any English, and were extremely patient with me using google translate and pointing and smiling a lot. The restaurant staff were especially lovely and kind, and I enjoyed all of the food I had. The breakfast is very nice - cereal, yoghurt, pastries, ham, egg, cheese, bread, all served at your table. The grounds of the hotel are very pretty and relaxing, with a lovely pool, lots of comfortable furniture and during the day it is very peaceful. My room was a suite - it was large and comfortable, with a large balcony with comfortable furniture.

The main problem with the hotel is that it is located next to a wedding reception venue. For two of the three nights i was there, there was incredibly loud music, plus an MC, blasting out until past 3am. My room was directly adjacent so it was especially bad, but I doubt it would be much better elsewhere as all the rooms have large patio doors that would let in a lot of sound. It was literally like trying to go to sleep in a nightclub. I had gone for a relaxing weekend between very busy work trips and had virtually no sleep for two nights. After the first night, i asked at reception if it would be the same again the next night and the person on reception promised me that it would not. But it was exactly the same. I would have moved hotel if I had known. It's such a shame, as the hotel has such a lot to recommend it and they are not the ones making the noise. At the very least, ask for a room as far away from the reception venue as possible, and pack very good ear plugs. I would also have greatly appreciated a kettle in my room (but the staff did their best with flasks of hot water!).

Breakfast is not buffet, so if you want to repeat an item you have to ask and not everything is avaialable.

The setting was well maintained and the staff very accommodating. They gave us the name of a tour guide and arranged our massages. I had read some reviews that people had problems with the hot water or heaters but everything worked perfectly. Our stay was good value for the price and i would return again!

The room didn't had hair aconditioner, there was a jar for water but you had to walk to the reception to fill it yourself. The restaurant had a poor menu for the prices.

Great location, restaurant, pool, and hot tub. Very comfortable beds. Very clean.

Water outage during the early evening and all night (It has been mentioned before in previous posts). Gate guard left post for 30 minutes, and guests were unable to enter. Institution does not have an easily findable or working phone number online.
