The staff couldn't do enough to help me, even to the point of getting me an extension lead so my firestick could reach from the TV. Also advising where the supermarket was and how to get there easily. Best hotel by far on his trip.

Unfortunately a building 100yds away as having a music festival and my windows rattled it was that loud. The last time I checked my clock it was 2am and the music/shouting/revelry was still in full swing

Location is on an shopping / industrial centre. Perfect for cycling in but the walk would be dull.

There were lots of hairs on the pillow! Apparently the bedsheets had not been changed! They didn't change the towels. We arrived at 9 o'clock for the breakfast but most of the food was finished and they didn't bring more food.

Excellent room - size, facilities, quiet. Excellent breakfast - value for money, quality/choice. Travel for holiday - hotel convenient for walking (c 25 min) to centre of Vannes, or easy access by car to many free car parks in Vannes centre. Have used this 'brand' of appart'hotel in several locations - always excellent standard, value, location.

A very nice comfortable hotel. Our room was spacious and included a kichenette with all facilities. Breakfast was very good and the staff nice and helpful. Location is not far from the old city, and a nice commercial area near by.

Very pleasant staff at the reception. All COVID measures very well implemented for the safety of the guests. Clean, spacious and comfortable room with a nice little kitchenette that comes extremely handy at this time of COVID when all restaurants are closed. Secure car park outside at a reasonable price (3EUR). All in all, an easy and pleasant overnight stay. I would definitely consider staying at Appart' City Confort Vannes again.

Appart’City Confort Vannes is in a brand-new building located in the outskirts of Vannes, in a quiet area much like a business or office park. Its parking (€ 3,-/night) is protected by a barrier which requires a code to enter. Friendly reception, but limited opening hours (4:00 – 8:00 p.m.). Our studio apartment was very modern, and well-equipped. It contained a rather small kitchenette allowing some basic self-catering, and a spacious bathroom. Sufficient lighting, excellent Wifi. A big supermarket plus gas station is found at 5 min walking distance. When we arrived 8:30 p.m., delayed by heavy traffic, the reception was closed and we couldn’t enter. Fortunately, a telephone call to the Appart'City booking center provided the entry code, and easy acces to the vault containing our keys etc. The helpful reception desk was understanding when we needed to shorten our stay because of the corona re-confinement.

Major drawback: The location is rather far from the old city and the harbour. Moreover, the surrounding area, being crossed by major traffic roads, is not really made for pedestrians. It was not obvious how to find the most pleasant way to the harbour and the city center, probably half an hour walking. After dark, we didn’t venture to try. Perhaps best to go there by car or on a bicycle. The reception closes at 8 p.m., which is rather early. But for unforeseen late arrivals they will try to send you the entry code by sms. If you don’t manage to pick up that message, you will have to call the general booking center of Appart’City at your arrival. To our personal taste, the apartment lacked atmosphere and character. Harsh colours of screaming blue, white and brown, Ikea-style furniture, uncormfortable plastic seats. Our studio had no dining area or table, only the desk to have your meal at. Working space in the kitchenette was less than minimal. In retrospect, we would have preferred the one-bedroom apartment instead of our studio. A separate bedroom would have been preferable to our over-spacious entry hall.

Great rooms and good design, easy to divide the rooms for different purposes, functional furniture.

The sauna and gym are currently not available because of the pandemic. charging for parking in a neighborhood with plenty of parking spaces is a bit ridiculous, but ok.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is idea to explore the surrounding areas by bike.

That there was no pavement from the Hotel to the nearby shops.
