The room itself was good, with a comfy bed and a spateous bathroom with a heated floor.

Booking.com says all rooms have a kitchen, but not all of them do! Ours didn't.

a really noisy place. you can here all the rumors from the street as well as from the corridor and even from other rooms. it disturbs a lot.

Receptionist upgraded for free and I got a room with a kitchenette.

It was clean and there was a kettle and cup in the room which is great. But no spoon.... Room is outdated but still good.

You need to climb four flights of stairs. * very very very loud! Alot of noise from the street outside and you can hear absolutely everything in the hallways and next door rooms. You can clearly hear them talk and the tv etc. I didn't get a good nights sleep here unfortunately.

There was NO air condition in the room. The was NO kitchen and kitchenware in the room. Wrong description of the room on booking.com or we were given the cheaper room (the Twin room was booked)

Communication was fast, questions were answered. Manager was professional and very helpfull. Clean room, great shower. Overal we were satisfied. Late check in was not a problem and we can have our pet in the appartment (extra payment needed).

There is no kichen towel to dry the dish. Maybe a note block and a pen to write something in the room would be nice 👍

I stayed at the hotel for 1 night with a pet kitten. I had a 2 floor 1 bedroom. I did not know. It was oke but I was a bit afraid the kitten would fall of the stairs, so a tip for the host only rooms renting with pets on same level. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was tiny but very nice. There was no reception and I had to pick up the key at another hotel. I knew this so I was prepared. Pizza store next door has delicious pizza. For this price it was just fine for the night. I would definitely use it again. If I would stay longer I would choose another hotel, but that is just because having a drink at a bar and have breakfast would be nice. This was not possible. Breakfast was at other hotel but did not feel like walking to it. Overal, comfortable visit :-)

The apartement was spacious, comfortable and very clean.

There was a bit of noise from the train station at night.

We booked a room with kitchenette but it turned out at the hotel that there was no such free room left. There was a shared kitchen in the basement which we could use, the refrigerator was OK but otherwise that kitchen was not equipped well and was a bit dirty. WiFi was useless.

We got a very spacious apartment.
