Everything, meal was great and staff were friendly, especially the Bar staff.
A lot of bathroom noise from next room could be heard.

It was spacious and very comfortable. The TV was just the right size for the room. There was room to put our bags without tripping over them. We were able to eat at the restaurant instead of looking for a place to eat outside.
The pedestrian light beeping all the time, we had to close the window to block the noise. There weren't enough pillows for someone to be able to read at night. Not enough power points to plug all the devices in. The shower head is too big and the water spread too far out of the shower.

When I saw where the room was, I was a bit skeptical, but it was so quiet - the front door was very solid !!!
Could hear people in the room next door but.....

My room location was ok, the cleanliness of the room was very good.
And the bed was comfortable.
The bathroom was modern and very clean.
The airconditioner heat pump in my room was extremely noisey, because of this my sleep quality that night was very poor. There was no milk in the refrigerator .

it was one of the cleanest I have stayed in. lovely rooms, liked the layout of rooms above with the restaurant below. nice lounges upstairs to relax on if you didn’t want to stay in your room . staff exceptional, spa & gym great 😊

We could not get any fresh air in the room. So it was a bit stuffy. The windows did not open to allow air in but at least the rain which fell at night did not come in.

Breakfast I would pass on & go to local bakery… I had poached eggs & the toast was warm bread 😩 main meal of fish & chips was ordinary so not sure why… chips were cold & over cooked.
Food they need to think about what there serving as for a pub meal ordinary.

top bunk had dirty sheets but was quickly rectified upon alerting staff.
the fridge didn’t seem very cold and no ice or ice tray in the freezer for cold drinks

Breakfast was OK, seniors meals excellent, the layout and comfort of the rooms, compared to 3yrs ago it's a palace
The manager was having an argument with a staff member not on, doing this in front of people take it out the back thank you.

Extremely comfortable and spacious room.It was so warm we didn't even require the heater on although the minimum temp was 6 degrees.Close to everything and super quiet.
Some bowls,plates and cutlery wouldn't have gone astray.
