Chambre côté parking donc calme. Chambre spacieuse et lits confortables. Le personnel est sympathique et on nous a offert 2 bouteilles d’eau pour le retour. On trouve l’hôtel très facilement et ce n’est pas loin de la vieille ville à pied (15 minutes).

È molto vicino ai binari del treno quindi la notte si sente molto il rumore dei freni sui binari. Abbiamo utilizzato la struttura per una notte, non avevamo molte esigenze ma si potrebbero aumentare anche i gadget del bagno che sono praticamente assenti.

Quite good hotel. Very clean & conveniently located. Breakfast was very good and personnel at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

- Communication all in German instead of english, causing misunderstandings. For example in their message it said "Parkplätze im Freien sind begrenzt und kostenfrei." so I thought there is limited amount of free parking spaces on a first come first served basis. Actually the free parking spots are limited to 60min for check in only. - To access free WiFi you need to give your phone number on a web page, so they can send you SMS... super strange and unsafe. - To get to the gym and pool you need to get a voucher at the front desk first (every time) and then walk outside which is bit inconvenient when it is raining. - If you are just drinking beer at their bar, bartender will treat you like an air... (focusing attention on clients who are ordering food, champagne etc) We were there 2 consecutive nights, same experience on both days, so we moved to the restaurant in the city.

Eines der besten Hotels seit langem, es stimmt alles. Sehr freundliches Personal, grosszügige, saubere und gut eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr bequemes Bett. Sehr gutes Angebot an Speisen und Getränken, auch Take-Away.

Für mich hat alles gepasst, keine Punkte die mir nicht gefallen hätten.

Leider hatte ich bei der Buchung über Booking übersehen, dass ich für 2 Personen gebucht habe. Nachdem ich die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption beim Check In fragte, ob man das ändern könnte, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das über Booking.com gemacht werden müsste. Auf mehrfache Anfragen von Booking.com hat das Hotel meinen Informationen zufolge nicht reagiert. Kundenservice sieht anders aus.

I come to the Zurich area quarterly from the US to work with a company in Turbenthal. I usually stay in Zurich and take the train to Turbenthal but this trip I booked in Winterthur which is a little closer. It was 93F in the area this week and the AC worked great. Room size was perfect and they had several English TV channels (not just news). I know most hotels are doing housekeeping on demand but this hotel provided daily housekeeping which I like. Also the hotel rate was better than Zurich rates. I will definitely stay there again the next time I am in the area.
