Location was good, clean and comfortable.

Reasonable location about 15 mins' walk from the historic centre. 24hr carpark within 10 mins' walk. Really nice shower.

The room was very small and cramped. The plumbing system was extremely noisy.

The bed was comfortable the shower was good.

Didn't like the hotel being on the 6th floor of an apartment block. no reception area or staff. we always take a kettle to have a cup of tea in the morning but they had not even a glass in the bathroom, there is a fridge for us to keep our milk fresh for when we leave. They advertise free parking but it isn't a safe area I would not leave my lovely car in those streets, no problem we go in paid parking 17€ per night, but free parking should not be advertised. We booked a triple room thinking that would give us more room. I can only say thank god we didn't have a standard room (Ours being the most expensive in the place.)

(Perdone mi respuesta en ingles) Once you get used to the idea of a high-quality hotel room located in an apartment block, it's fine. Slept well, and bathroom was good, with a luxurious shower. The lady proprietor was helpful and friendly.

This hotel is fairly difficult to find, even from the address. (I'm old-fashioned, and like to see a sign outside!) It has such a low profile that it's anonymous: even neighbouring shops hadn't heard of it. Also, I was a bit surprised at the fact that the shower squirts water copiously at every part of your body, at a time when Jaen was (is) suffering a major water shortage...should I feel guilty??

Small claustrophobic room with small window onto a scruffy area. Would worry how to get out in an emergency.

The room is a bit small. It is very difficult to park the car in the area.
