Short Walk to White sand beaches approx 120 steps .
A pochi passi dalle splendide spiagge di sabbia bianca. Nuovo e in attesa che tu e la tua famiglia dorme 6, anche se la nostra zona ha subito un forte uragano che stiamo ricostruendo. Drogherie e ristoranti sono aperti qui e nel porto St. Joe, proprio in fondo alla strada e Panama City! Cottage splendidamente fatto con servizi! Pool e pool house WiFi e tv via cavo. Sedie a sdraio e unbrella e barbecue a gas arredato! Tramonti che non puoi descrivere! Sbrigati e visita la costa dimenticata

Everything was great. The host was wonderful. They communicated well and answered any questions we had within minutes. This was our first trip to the gulf and it was great. Loved the location and the property. Very convenient to the beach and both Mexico Beach and Port St Joe. Great little shops. Very peaceful and relaxing. The property was absolutely wonderful. Had anything you would need and even some things we didn’t think we needed. It was very clean and beautiful inside and out. The pool was great and the grill made it easy to cook meals. Would highly recommend this property.

This was by far one of the best properties I have ever stayed in. The short walk to the beach and the pool was a plus. The house was clean and modern. I also loved that I didn’t have to climb a bunch of stairs! We will definitely be back!

Listing was accurate was a short walk to beach. The provided cart and chairs was a great bonus. Check in was very easy. Owner stayed in contact and answered all questions. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

The cottage was better than the pictures. Short walk to the beach and close to gas station if you need anything. The pool was great too. The host was quick to respond to any questions. Great for small families.

Easy to find. Smaller in person than the online pics. Clean. Seems pretty new. Appropriately cheap furnishings. It is a quick 2 min walk to beach. The view of the beach is 100% blocked by a high rise immediately behind ( to the south of) the house.
The community pool is nice. I would not stay here with more than 4 people. Deck is super small.

This cottage is in a great location and a short walk to the beach but no Ocean View. We loved Killer Seafood right around the corner . We enjoyed riding our bicycles in this neighborhood. So happy Mexico Beach is making progress in their mighty struggle.

The property is extremely clean and always well stocked with all the necessities including some extras which is very nice. Close to the beach and in the nicest neighborhood. We love coming to visit Mexico beach and this is for sure our favorite rental by far!

Great little cottage
It was perfect for our family. Walking distance to the beach. Gas station close by for any emergency items. The pool was a plus. Clean rooms, well stock with everything you might need.

Our stay was great and we will definitely return!! Close enough to the beach so not too far to walk with young kids. Pool was nice to have but the bathrooms were not accessible even with key which I found odd. Anyways, we will go back again!!
