The apartment was very comfortable for all the family, Is very well located near a lift. Good equipped kitchen and plenty of towels and linens and very clean. Easy to get to town if you have a car, but also by bus with some more time. The manager was very Very helpful responded quickly to everything. A little long walk from parking to the apartment, long hallway, and to the ski closet for the skis, but we carried them with the building carts which helped a lot and made it easy.
We would repeat it again when we go again th Breck. Had a great time. Great apartment.

After a full day of travel, we found out that the property mgt company had given us the wrong code to get into the room. Later in the week, we figured out that the refrigerator did not work correctly. When we called maintenance, they said "we knew that, we meant to give you another one". While they did reimburse us for the weekly grocery bill, they could have been more forthcoming about it not working.

i rented with the lodging company, the offer me unit 207. bigger and it look more newer. The gave me unit 213 instead. i have photos of the details that show the reason of my claim the unit has poor maintainace. i will never rent again with the Lodging company. they sold me something different and that made me and my family very disappointed and frustrated. where can i send my report??

The house was located in the perfect location, 2 minute walk to the Ski Rental location and to the Snowflake Ski lift. Amazing wildlife can be seen in the evening off the deck. We were lucky enough to see Moose and Bear right off our deck. Close to town and free buses. Would stay here again for sure no question.

We reserved this almost a year out from our stay. Communication with the rental company was timely and positive.
If you are looking for a ski in, ski out location, you will not find better. Quiet, safe and really convenient to downtown Breck.

Great location but the check-in process was sub-par.
- I didn’t receive any check-in information until 30 minutes before check-in. I would have liked some communication like: Hey thank you for booking…. Here is the address. To check in - this is how you will do it and we will send the code at X time to ensure the place is clean. But this wasn’t the case.
Maybe there was a glitch with the automated messaging… Hope they can improve that.
Further I wish they supplied more towels so we can use towels in the hot tub and shower.
Besides that, the location was great and the place was very clean and well decorated. They supplied great pans for cooking eggs.

We loved the proximity to the lift! The condo was very well stocked, clean, and comfortable. We had an issue with the parking pass, and management was very quick to respond and solve the problem. We hope to visit again!

Was really great! We’ll set up / had everything and backups of items like hair dryers, fans, coffee makers! Kitchen has everything. Each bedroom had a private bath!!! Loved the location - in summer right next to hiking trail - would be a great place in winter located right next to lift and with a heated garage incorporated into building. Hope to come back in future!

This beautiful condo is in the ideal location. We could walk out the door to trails and quickly walk to Main Street. We had a couple minor issues with shower curtains that were quickly fixed. Plenty of space but know the bunk beds are suited for shorter people/children. Loved our experience here and in Colorado1

Great location
We were there for a National Ski Patrol Event and this property was perfectly located to the convention center and even more so the lift…right outside the door!! We had a blast and the unit was beautiful but the bathtubs need a little sprucing up as we had a leak around the seal of one. Definitely would recommend the property!

Steps from the Best
We loved the location since me and my husband and two adult children could walk to town or just around the corner to awesome hiking trail/trails. Wonderful place! Only bad thing was I didn't realize my 20 year old son would NOT fit in bunk bed so he had to sleep on floor.

Last Minute Ski Trip
We had a great time at this property. Perfect location. Condo had hot tub that we were able to enjoy. Comfortable size for the 5 of us. Property manager was very attentive and helpful. Took advantage of grocery services which was awesome! Would definitely go back.

No matter how we set up the thermostats it was always cold if the fire place is not working. There are no registers on the wall or floor... Anyway, if we put that on the side it was very pleasant stay! Thank you!

Great location ski in/ski out
This complex is right near a lift with easy access. The condo is clean and has a well stocked kitchen. When we arrived the bedrooms were not heating on the first night. The MGMT company sent maintenance over to replace the batteries and said that should do the trick. Well the second night it still was freezing in the bedrooms so I asked them to bring portable heaters, but they never did. They had me double check the closet and said they should be in the home, but they weren’t.
