Each bedroom had its own bathroom

There were many issues with this property. It’s not worth the money. - little to no hot water - issues with toilet flushing - no views - no king or queen beds, only full beds - clothes dryer did not work - kitchen had very few utensils and bowls and had no drinking glasses except whiskey glasses; not for more than 2-3 people - WiFi was slow and did not work in bedrooms; they claimed this was because Monteverde is in the mountains however when we went to nearby restaurants with WiFi, we didn’t experience any issues - The property is old and many things are falling apart. We were even told to flip the circuit breaker switches if any power went out. - The 4-bedroom place is shared housing for students of the Spanish school. It’s not actually meant to be lodging for large groups and should not be advertised as such. They are trying to list two properties under one listing on Booking so the pictures and amenities may not match the property you are assigned. This is not clear or fair. It’s a bait and switch tactic. The property denied having any issues and refused to do anything to fix the issues. Booking.com did absolutely nothing to help us or advocate for us or give us a partial refund. They simply sent us standard, template messages.

The apartment was big and had a lot of space. There was enough equipment in the kitchen to cook and the view is amazing!

Due to the wind it was a bit noisy but we slept well! The only thing I would recommend is if the staff would be a bit quicker in responding via the Booking app. We asked some questions about transport but never got a reply on that.

Views are amazing. Very tastefully decorated. Bath is great and kitchen is utility.

Bedroom had ants.

Beautiful view. Amazing gardens to sit in or walk through and enjoy.

Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain in one unit. Safe wouldn’t lock in one unit. (We notified staff of these issues at check out and they notified maintenance.)

The location, the grounds; easy walking to restaurants.

Kitchen was minimal.

We had a beautiful view of the valley and sunsets from our room!

It was a distance from the city center and all uphill on the way back!

Super! We stayed in the big house, creative architecture, quite some stairs walking up&down, but it was so great for the two families of ours. And the staff was amazingly friendly.

Amenities in the unit were great. Cleaning of rooms exceeded our expectations. Gardens were incredible. Check in process was simpler than expected.

When we got to the room the room safe wasn't reset for our use and when we mentioned it, it wasn't addressed in time for our stay. This wasn't critical for our stay, but it would have been nice if this was addressed.
