possibility to pick up the keys by our friend as we have arrived very late, location was amazing, great spacious balcony, use of washing maschine, spacious flat, private enclosed garden, supermarket 2 minutes walk from the property, parking space for your car in the underground, good communication with the agency and the owner itself

a kitchen could have been better equipped, some basic thing should be provided like tea, coffee, spices, maybe some fruit on arrival would be nice to have also one of the toilet we didn't use because of water overflowing...and the biggest minus was the mould in the bathroom and completely blocked water drain which cause some floods in the bathroom- that needs to be fixed -just a personal issue: we didn't like the very strong washing powder that was used for our bedding- as it was very perfumed and cause some skin irritation for my son

The apartment was clean and spacious.

The company did not advertise that the pool would be closed for the dates we had booked. We arrived and the staff member who let us in had no English and could not deal with our complaint. Instead they told us to email the company. I've emailed the company twice now over 1 month and I have received no reply. Apartment itself is nice however would not rent of this company, very bad management.

Firstly, the staff were unbelievably nice and very accommodating. The apartment was very nice, it had everything we wanted, was clean and has a lovely balcony. The pool was so nice and for the middle of July, was usually very quiet whenever we went down which suited us perfectly. Definitely would recommend for couples or families looking for a nice quiet place to stay in Marbella. Also, if booked early this place is a bargin when compared to other locations!

The apartment is lovely and spacious and in close proximity to the beach, supermarket and cafes / restaurants

The pool was closed the whole time we were there which was disappointing. The hosts don't speak English so had to Google translate WhatsApp messages and also had to leave a €200 cash deposit which I wasn't aware of but got back the day before we left.

The apartment was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. It was in a quiet area of Marbella. It was close to the beach and very close to a very good Mercadona. Also it was next door to the Marbella Monday Market.

We didn't like the fact that the pool and gardens were closed. Because the sun left our balcony at 12.30 pm we had to go to the beach to get any sunshine. It would be helpful to have access to the gardens even if the pool was unavailable to use. Some basic items were missing from the apartment e.g. an electric kettle, teapot and other kitchen utensils. Also the washing machine was very temperamental. Also there is no safe in the apartment for keeping passport, money etc There are only spanish programmes on the television so nothing to watch in times of bad weather.

Cheap n cheerful Very friendly key holder - although didn't speak any english! But we managed.

Pool wasn't open which would have been nice.

Location was excellent and only short walk to Marina , Beach and Restaurants. Very quiet at night and Shutters in Apartment which blocked out light if required.

KeyHolder had no English at all. He was very welcoming but we had no idea what he was saying. There was information leaflets in Apartment regarding Rules of Complex etc BUT ALL IN SPANISH !! Perhaps they could also be in ENGLISH !!
