Je recommande à 100% cet hôtel.
Très bonne localisation, chambre spacieuse et très bon petit déjeuner. De plus, le parking est proche et personnel au top!

L'emplacement, très belle bâtisse au cœur de la ville.
Le petit déjeuner buffet de grande qualité.
La chambre avec des fenêtres à guillotine qui ne tiennent pas quand on les soulève ce qui fait que l'on manque d'air. Il flotte dans l'air un parfum (produits de nettoyage, parfum d'ambiance..?) dont on ne peut pas se débarrasser...
Déco un peu standardisée.

What an incredible experience it was to stay in an Apartment with an amazing balcony overlooking Medieval Olivia Square in Guimaraes! Don't hesitate to book this hidden gem! Maria at the front desk of the Hotel da Oliveira was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming when we arrived and also when we needed help in the morning meeting our tour guide. Great spot for a family with a separate bedroom, sofa bed and twin bed in a loft. Breakfast in the mornings sitting outside overlooking the square was delicious!

The location could not be better. The staff friendly and helpful. This historic property has been beautifully decorated, 21 c style, but respectfully to its protected features.

Stunning accommodation and lovely breakfast, staff were wonderfully helpful. Our group were staying in both the apartment and hotel and all accommodation was just perfect. Location is fabulous in a beautiful part of the historic centre.

First breakfast the staff seemed not as attentive as they should have been. Customers had to ask for coffee and milk to be refilled. One refill of the coffee carafe contained less than a serving of coffee. Our kitchen order was not right though that may have been my problem since I don’t speak the language. There is an open bottle of sparkling wine on ice but no glasses. First morning I asked for glasses. Second morning I did not bother.

The location was perfect for exploring the city. The rooms was well furnished and comfortable, great lighting and thoughtful touches. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

Top location at old city center, very nice decoration, nice and comfortable room, friendly staff and very good breakfast. Good value for the money, will return on my next visit to the city.
When I was checking in, a guest came up behind me asking questions, I lost the receptionist's attention for a moment and had to repeat what I was telling her. Not a big deal, but it didn't feel like the right way to handle the situation.

A very fine hotel. Everything speaks of comfort and class. The room designs are beautiful. Breakfast was superb. Rita at the front desk was more than helpful. Bedding was luxurious. All of this, not to mention the hotel being located in the best place possible for the historical city of Guimaraes. A big obrigada and obrigado from our group.

The staff at the Hotel are amazing and responsive. They were helpful with several special requests. The room and beds were comfortable and tastefully decorated. The brunch was very good. The location in the historic center made exploration for us, as walkers, very easy. Directions to nearby parking were helpful.
As a person with sensitive hearing, I found the evening festivities in the courtyards outside disruptive. This would not be an issue for anyone who is a night owl and enjoys being part of the party. The staff were very generous in offering us another, quieter room.
